Appears to be recently renovated. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. The breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast. Wi-Fi worked well. Location was quiet. Convenient to Cracker Barrel restaurant and Interstate.

We arrived early and used the hotel as a place to meet travelling companions. Inquired about checking in early and were told there would be a $30 fee. Having been offered, we assume the room was ready but, since we didn't need the room right away, we declined and went to lunch. Got a call an hour later offering early check-in at no charge. If the room was ready when we got there, why charge for early check in? We were already paying inflated prices due to a busy weekend in Nashville.

We actually had a booking elsewhere & had prepaid. When we arrived they told us we didn't have a reservation, then was charged $117 for canceling. We were then stuck without a room. We went here & were so pleased. Our room was nice & clean, breakfast was good & staff was nice. No issues with noise or safety. A bad situation was turned into a good one thanks to this property. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip up.

The bed was too high for my wife to get into. She uses a walker. I had to get a step stool for her. The very thick (albeit comfortable) mattress, plus the innersprings, plus the pedestal frame made the bed too high. How about reducing the height of the frame, or providing a step stool from the front desk to those who request one, which could be returned at checkout. The stool could be checked out with a deposit of $20, which could be refunded to the guest upon checkout. The metal bed frame had 2 metal clips along each edge to keep the innerspring from sliding left or right. The clips stick out TOO FAR. I scraped my ankle on one getting out of bed. If the clips are adjustable, hammer them in until they are flush with the frame. Otherwise cover them with padding and DUCT TAPE!

Front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating. We were not able to arrive at the motel until 11:30PM. Motel seemed to have been recently updated. Front desk/breakfast area were nice and the hot breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage & gravy, potatoes & waffles along with cereal and yogurt. Property outside the motel appeared clean and safe. We had a first floor/king room. Room had a musty, damp smell. Nothing overpowering but noticeable. I carry room spray so it was no big deal. Bed was made in usual Baymont style-clean & modern. Furniture all appeared fairly new and attractive. In room coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing board.

In room carpet felt damp and bathroom walls need cleaned.

The room was decent. Nice breakfast. Staff was cordial and pleasant. Liked the location. Plenty of places to ear, shop, etc. Relatively short drive to downtown Franklin and historical sites.

We prefer facilities with room access from the inside of the building. This facility has the room access from the outside. When we were there, it was raining and damp for part of the stay. So to go to breakfast required braving those elements. This is the design of the facility. I just did not realize this during the booking process.

I really thought this was going to be a cheap sleazy motel, but was I surprised! I’ve stayed in several motels this week for over $250 a night & this place was the best. The room was recently refurbished, bed was very comfortable & best motel breakfast I’ve had on this trip. I would absolutely stay here again.

Budget Motel in an area convenient for our travels. Good Breakfast. Helpful Desk Person. Wal Mart and Panera Bread in walking distance . Easy access to Historic Franklin.

Generally Beat Up appearance and furnishings. Roads around the property were pretty busy.

Wanted room cleaned before we left to go out but the cleaning staff waited till we left to clean and didn't change the sheets wasn't pleased with that at all.

It was clean and breakfast was good. That area was clean also. We stayed two nights and I didn’t expect them to clean our room after one night but while we were gone they came in and gave us clean towels and cleaned our room. Very nice!

This is an older motel, which was completely remodeled. They did an excellent remodeling job. The room we had was comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. Excellent place to stay. We have stayed at the motels immediately surrounding the Baymont and found this one the best choice.

The breakfast was more than what we expected. It is a small area, so it probably gets overcrowded quickly.
