We enjoyed the comfortable, clean rooms and the breakfast. A special thank you to the cleaning staff who were so great in making our beds and giving us clean towels every day. It was needed since we were there 6 days. Even once when our toilet was plugged and I was in such a hurry I didn’t have a chance to talk to the front desk they had the toilet unplugged and totally clean by the time we returned. All the staff were very friendly and ready to help. The beds were also extremely comfortable.

Maybe just the doors and windows facing into the parking lot and therefore a lot of car noise early in the morning as there are guests that need to be on the road early.

Staff was very friendly the rooms was very clean ant hot breakfast was very good the staff made sure we had clean bath towels and wash clothes daily the bed and sheet was very clean and pillows they furnished the Dove bath soap shampoo with conditioner and lotion and when you see them they always said hello how are you this morning it was a very great experience with this hotel I will definitely be back. If I could give 10 stars I will. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic location and the room was newly renovated. One of the best beds I have slept in a long time travelling around . Super caring staff and the free breakfast and parking was an added bonus . The gentleman who signed us in at 11.30 pm was still there at the desk all through the morning . He is a wonderful asset to this hotel

The room was spotless .The bed linens were super white ,fresh. The floor was so clean that I did not wear my house slippers that I took. The towels smelled very fresh and spotless white. The breakfast was better than expected.It had sausage,eggs,potatoes,biscuit and gravy and waffle machine plus continental type items.The coffee was good.

One little plastic item was missing from in room coffee maker but we reported that to front desk,

The bed was the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I have ever slept in !! The room was clean, the breakfast was a good hot breakfast.

The people staying in the room next door was a bit unsavory. The smell of weed was quite strong but I know they can’t prescreen the people making reservations

Appears to be recently renovated. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. The breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast. Wi-Fi worked well. Location was quiet. Convenient to Cracker Barrel restaurant and Interstate.

We arrived early and used the hotel as a place to meet travelling companions. Inquired about checking in early and were told there would be a $30 fee. Having been offered, we assume the room was ready but, since we didn't need the room right away, we declined and went to lunch. Got a call an hour later offering early check-in at no charge. If the room was ready when we got there, why charge for early check in? We were already paying inflated prices due to a busy weekend in Nashville.

Breakfast was great, staff very helpful and mainly polite and smiley, the location is great. GM Simon was very accomodating ,approved our special request to check in early, he takes good care of the guests, thank you Simon and all the staff for your wonderful welcome and service, keep the smile My preferred hotel, I'll book again in this hotel for my next trip to Tennessee

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows. The price was good especially for something close to Nashville. The breakfast was very tasty with plenty of options. That added a lot of value. I would absolutely stay again.

My only complaint is about the curtains. The sheer white curtains are too thin and let a lot of light in even at night. They need some heavier curtains that can be closed over them.

We actually had a booking elsewhere & had prepaid. When we arrived they told us we didn't have a reservation, then was charged $117 for canceling. We were then stuck without a room. We went here & were so pleased. Our room was nice & clean, breakfast was good & staff was nice. No issues with noise or safety. A bad situation was turned into a good one thanks to this property. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip up.

Location to family gathering. Cleanliness. Easy access to room from parking area.

The bed was too high for my wife to get into. She uses a walker. I had to get a step stool for her. The very thick (albeit comfortable) mattress, plus the innersprings, plus the pedestal frame made the bed too high. How about reducing the height of the frame, or providing a step stool from the front desk to those who request one, which could be returned at checkout. The stool could be checked out with a deposit of $20, which could be refunded to the guest upon checkout. The metal bed frame had 2 metal clips along each edge to keep the innerspring from sliding left or right. The clips stick out TOO FAR. I scraped my ankle on one getting out of bed. If the clips are adjustable, hammer them in until they are flush with the frame. Otherwise cover them with padding and DUCT TAPE!
