The check in process was quick and easy. The gentleman was friendly and patiently answered my questions. The room was huge and the patios and balconies that are on every room is the absolute best! Our room was steps away from the pool which is centrally located and close to all the rooms . I was traveling with 2 senior dogs, so having the patio made it easy and quick to take them out. Comfortable beds and pillows. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel overall shows it's age. A fresh paint job in our room would have gone a long way. The breakfast was "average". Only other thing we didn't like was that there was a man in an upstairs apartment/room to the right of the pool that was BLASTING music, and did so until around 10pm that night. Given that we had had a 12 hr driving day, it would have been nice to get to sleep a little bit early than we were able to because of that noise.

We were traveling on motorcycles and had requested location for a bottom floor with parking so we could keep an eye on our bikes and we were accomadated as well as we had a balcony we could step outside to. It was very nice.

There was nothing bad about this place at all. Even the Mexican restaurant next door was very convenient and very good along with great service. But I do dislike the fact that booking.com does not give you any notice or warn you that they will charge you a $100 deposit refundable. My 2nd booking with booking.com I've been charged a deposit without knowing at arrival. I don't believe I will be booking with booking com anymore.

This place is a hidden gem and is wonderful!! Staff is super friendly!!! They made an exception for our 2 cats while we were moving across country which couldn't be more appreciated!! The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent view! We were also able to park our car right in front of our room which is also appreciated! We had a small patio area with table and chairs. There was a great Mexican restaurant in the parking lot that I had read about in other reviews so we gave it a shot. They're great too!! We ordered it to go since we had our kitties in the room but that patio plus a good Corona from down the street at Mike's Market, made for a pretty nice evening during our travels. A recharge that was much needed! Thank you so much for such a nice stay!! We will be back!

The property is very clean, breakfast varieties, very quiet and convenient and pool is amazing with plenty of chairs.

The property is great! All of the staff is amazing except the part time worker named Sid. He is very, very rude, unprofessional does not like assisting the guests and stays on his phone in a little office with his friends hanging out.

I liked the staff and to be more specific the gentleman that was on shift both checking me in and checking me out. The overall atmosphere was positive the whole time. Overall we weren't bothered by anyone it was peaceful and has a nice pool if you like to have a lot of fun in the summer time.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Room was very spacious and updated, (exept for the ugly curtains, lol). The pool was fantastic.

THE BEDS ARE HARD AS A ROCK. I think sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. I loved everything else, just wish my back was not killing me. . . . The layout of the building is a little confusing. I suggest finding your room before carrying in your belongings, as i did not do, i could have moved my car closer and not carried belongings thru the whole building.

Almost everything was great, clean and comfortable. The best part was the Staff. They are friendly, courteous, accommodating and even made my Service Dog feel welcome. I will definitely be back any chance I have.

There were only 2 minor flaws for us; the steps were somewhat slippery in the rain and, Teka, my Service Dog, would have liked more grassy areas.

Location. Room. Outdoor patio. Personnel. Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again given the opportunity. Mexican restaurant within 500 feet of property was an added bonus given the quality of the meal.

The only negative was the discarded cigarette butts around the outdoor patio area. Mentioned this to the clerk at checkout and she acknowledged that it was a problem they were trying to correct.

My check in with a young man named Jordan was excellent. He took the time to help me find parking that was close to my room as the handicap rooms were sold out. He also came by when I was leaving the next morning and helped me down the stairs. The room was clean, large and comfortable

Dee checked us in and such a pleasure it was. She is a real asset to this hotel. So accommodating getting us a good room and suggesting a good place to eat. She is "personality plus".

The hotel is being remodeled and there was no breakfast room as we expected. Our room was already remodeled I think. Noticed no clock or pen/paper to write notes etc.
