Good location. Close to everything but not in the middle everything so you can come and go easily.

The front desk did not make people go by the pool rules. Large group of Mexican's took over the pool. They were drunk and very very loud. They had a large cooler of glass bottles. Sadly they were drunk with all their kids in pool. They were paying no attention to the kids. I told the front desk. They did go out there. But the group stayed loud and drunk at the pool. They had the pool from 4 until it closed! No one else got to use the pool.

1) The location is south of the highway and town (not by much) but it makes for a quiet venue. 2) The staff are fabulous. In particular, Denise who is a charming southern (she said I must not call her lady) belle, and Lisa who is an actual force of nature, utterly irrepressible! Honourable mention to the gent who patrols at breakfast. 3) Lots of places to snack or grab a proper meal nearby, but you will need to take the car, as walking under the I-40 is not recommended. 4) Rooms are spacious, not overly fancy, with a fridge (no freezer) and microwave. And for us Brits, blessed be, a proper sized tub you can soak in. 5) The laundry room is more than useful, but load up on quarters for both washing and drying.

No problems here.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast well stocked with good variety of items.

A guest had a dog, took it out and tracked in dog “*#&@“ from back door into elevator on the right, maybe a 8’ trail. I reported it to the front desk, went to breakfast. It had not been cleaned 20 minutes later and reported it again, this time to the breakfast attendant. She got it cleaned up. It appeared she did her best with the rug at the door. Although the actual cause of the incident was not the hotel’s fault, their lack of an instant response was disappointing.

The staff was excellent we had a problem with booking and the confirmation..the hotel never received it so I had to book it thru tho hotel and paid way too much that night but the receptionist done everything he could to help

The animals and the price goes sky high when something big happens the first night we stayed it was supposed to of been apx 170 well since they never received my confirmation from booking I had to book straight thru ended up paying apx 330 because of a softball tournament.

Stayed in other Country Inns and Suites, and they are all excellent. Customer service is excellent. The hotel is amazing. Excellent hot breakfast. Clean, quiet, and the room is a great size. Clean towels and plenty of hot water. The pool is wonderful. It has an elevator. Stayed in other hotels with no elevator. Will definitely stay there again.

Nothing at this time. Keep up the excellent job. Awesome!!

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of selections. very clean, friendly, cheerful, and helpful employees. Really convenient to interstate and variety of restaurants. May be a little more expensive than some older motels in area but all the nice things about Country Comfort are well worth the extra dollars spent.

I would like breakfast at six all days as I like to be back out on the road around seven.

Our front desk clerk was INCREDIBLE!!! I believe her name is Linda. She works another job also. She had everything ready for me. All I had to do was hand her my card for incidentals and sign on the highlighted spots. Keys were already made and marked. The extra touch from her made our stay and welcome top notch! Thank you so much Linda for going out of your way to make some Texas gals feel right at home! Your attitude is amazing! Enjoy retirement… again… when God leads the way!

The sheets and blanket felt damp. The room was hot and smelled very musty, damp. As if it had been closed up for sometime. Def needed some good smelling stuff…

Very clean, comfy, hot breakfast, awesome staff, safe, convenient to stores and restaurants, wonderful/friendly/efficient staff. Had doggy treat bag upon check in. My golden retriever loved it and the staff.

Stayed in pet friendly room and had a few spots on the rug. Room was a bit pricey (after state and hotel tax) ...almost $200 for one night with a pet. They tried running my card before arrival (that I thought I transferred enough $$$ to) and it declined because they charged an extra(refundable) $25, (unknowingly to me) for a damage deposit separate from the pet fee. They called us and held the reservation for us anyway. Staff were great whenever we arrived, sorted out the issue, and check in was a breeze anyway. There's not a good area for pets to do their business. Pillows were really flat.

I drove 4 hours Friday I was exhausted. I was in town for a funeral. First, I have never in my life seen a cleaner facility my room had been cleaned by Toni and Country Inn and suites she needs a raise. Second, the breakfast they offered looked and smelled amazing. I didn't have time to enjoy it I just grabbed a cereal bar. Third, the staff was so accommodating and were so friendly.

The breakfast was pretty good. A lot better than some I have had. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And, even though the room was to be cleaned every third day, they did stop by the first morning to see if we needed any towels or anything. I thought that was nice.

Toilet seat was very low. Bathroom needed a little caulking behind the door.
