The staff were wonderful… friendly & helpful. When I got to my room, the room across the hall was being cleaned top to bottom… mattress off the bed, corners being cleaned, bed frame wiped down, places you can’t even see were being cleaned & disinfected. They said they do that every time there’s even a questionable odor or issue. I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. Loved the full kitchen… stocked with everything but food, large desk area, very comfortable bed. It was a wonderful, restful break in the middle of a 3 day cross-country road trip. I would definitely stay there again if ever in the area & need a good night’s sleep.

Clean, comfortable beds, great staff. We needed to change our room to two beds instead of one at the last minute and they changed it with no problem. Check in was easy and the staff is really nice and helpful. We only stayed for one night, after our flight and on our way to Dollywood. The full kitchen is impressive for the price we paid.

Really nice room!! Very clean!! Bed was great!!

Did not like the party that went on at the gazebo till early morning!!! Our room was right above the gazebo so did not sleep well until the party was over!!! Another thing that's right down ridiculous was paying $75 pet fee!!! That's the most we've ever paid for a pet fee!! And we have a little 1 year old ShihTzu!! She's cleaner than a child would be in a room! That would be the only reason we wouldn't stay in your motel again!

Our family really enjoyed the room layout and the separate living and bedroom areas. The kitchen was nice for cooking meals on the available cook top. The laundry facilities were nice, and there was was no charge for use besides using your own laundry soap. I liked the gym as well.

It is located close to Interstate Drive and all kinds of restaurants.

The shower wouldn’t drain, so I had to stand in many inches of water to shower. Breakfast is not provided, therefore we had to go eat somewhere else (but that was my fault- I will research better and book somewhere that has breakfast next time!)

I was disappointed there was no breakfast. I thought it was part of the cost.

I would like to have had something available for breakfast. I am a Diabetic and forgot and left some insulin pens in hotel refrigerator. I was unable to call and speak to anyone regarding my son picking up for me.

I liked Robert. He made check-in very easy & even gave me some great information. We loved that it had a recliner in it. My mom has trouble sleeping/breathing/getting comfortable in a bed , & she sleeps in a recliner at home. So it was a very pleasant surprise to see the recliner. I also liked how spacious the room was.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The pantry in the lobby was convenient and the indoor pool and bar-b-q patio are very nice features.

In our room the kitchen towels were stained, the silver wear hard food on it, and there was food left in the fridge from previous guests.

Complimentary hot breakfast not available. But there were items to purchase on sight and many restaurants close. There are also kitchens in room to make your own food.

It was so updated and nice. No generic hotel stuff. Loved that they had Dove products in bathroom and none of that stuff that dries my skin and hair out. Bed was comfortable. Recliner was a great touch. Loved the kitchenette.
