The Wifi wasn't very good but everything else was great. The breakfast was nice but would have been better with some sort of meat options (bacon or sausage links) which would have made it more gluten free friendly. The location was perfect for walking around Gatlinburg. The lodge was easy to find as well as when came and went (easy access at light). The parking garage was great except there was not way of knowing if it was full on any level. You had to back out to see if the next level had space. Overall, the Lodge was very nice and we would stay there again.

The 1st level parking would fill up but you wouldn't know until you pulled in, then you would have to maneuver backing out to check the next level. With bigger vehicles it can be challenging backing out. Could hear someone running on the upper floors late at night and early mornings.

Loved everything!! Conveniently located to everything! You can park your car in the garage and not worry about anything until you check out to leave. Maintenance is in and out of the garage 24/7 so you can rest assured your vehicle is safe. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. The rooms with balconies are especially great if you're an early riser who likes to sit outside with a cup of coffee. Rooms seem to be insulated really well because there was little to no hallway noise, which was great! I'll never stay anywhere else when I visit Gatlinburg!

Nothing we didn't like!

Very nice hotel, very clean, decent little gym with several cardio machines and dumbbells. Close to everything. Plenty of parking available. The bed was comfortable except not enough covers.

Not enough covers on the bed, basically just sheets. I froze because I couldn’t turn the heat up and burn everyone else up. Breakfast was okay, but I can’t believe there was no meat. There was cereal, bagels, toast, biscuits, gravy, eggs, oatmeal, fruit cocktail and a big pot of yogurt to dip out which was strange. But no meat. I also didn’t like the location of our room. We were right in front on the entrance door which was slammed most of the night and morning. But I couldn’t here any noise from the rooms beside or above us, which was great.

large room looking out onto the fast flowing river. not all rooms have this. convenient location could walk to main drag. restaurants everywhere. recommended Gatlinburg Brewing Company. 6 mins walk away. excellent salad and chicken wings. Also good pizzas and craft beer.

the bed was comfortable but had to ask for extra blankets as the supplied linen was inadequate for the time of year.

Location was great. No need to drive if you don’t want to or need to.

The bathroom door and the room door both needed replaced. The balcony door was borderline. Rest of room was fine.

We enjoyed how close the hotel was to everything that we wanted to do. The pool was nice as well. The staff were helpful and nice.

We wished there was a variety for breakfast. It was the same every day. Wish there was a pancake or waffle machine. Maybe some sausage links vs the sausage gravy every day. It all tastes good we enjoyed the eggs alot just hoped for a little something different. Plus the property was no smoking. Unfortunately the guests below our room smoked all the time out on the balcony. So we couldn't sit out there a lot due to the smoke and if we had or room door open. Our room would smell of smoke.

Excellent location, waking distance to every where in Gatlinburg. Large, clean and quiet room with very nice staff. Breakfast was very good and saved us money!

Nothing I disliked.

Location was good. Room overlooking river, exceptional. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Plenty of hot water. Daily housekeeping a plus. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Breakfast was a little disappointing.

We love this property! This is our second time staying at the Greystone Lodge and will definitely be back.

Love how spacious the room was and how friendly the staff is. The property is central to all attractions in downtown Gatlinburg.

Good breakfast! Should add some bacon or sausage . A bear was outside my room digging in the trash, hotel is very comfy and cozy with great location. I will highly recommend if you visit Gatlinburg.

There Are no Ubers or Lyfts ride from Gatlinburg and each hotel should let customers know that if they don’t have a car they will be stuck paying ridiculous taxi prices to get around.
