Location was amazing. Last minute booking was a blessing. Check in was easy. Very clean and welcoming environment. Surpassed expectations. Thank you.

The staff friendly and courteous. We like the check in at 3 instead of 4 like most locations. The room was clean and well stocked. The location is great it's only a few minutes to the strip in Gatlinburg.

It would've been nice to have a coffee pot and a table to eat at in the rooms. We had a king size room that was practically empty. So that would've been nice to have. We had to go to the office to get coffee. Also, it would be nice to have breakfast back at this location without having to go and get it.

It is stupid to have ice buckets in the room and no ice machine for the customers. A BIG THING a little one cup Mr Coffee coffeemaker but no packets of coffee which Carr s Northside Cottages where I usually stay, furnish. The coffee is in an individual filter filled with coffee, and u place in the filter of the machine, add water and push button and whala! COFFEE! I had NONE! Had to walk all the way down street to get any in Gatlinburg! That is why I stay at Carr's Northside Cottages usually. I can sit outside and drink coffee. No table and chairs for a table to eat a snack or simply to sit a play a game of cards. Nothing! No extra blankets for the bed either. IMPROVE and I WILL BE BACK.

the location was excellent right down the road from all the attractions we wanted to see.

the room didn’t have much furniture at all and the bathroom looked a little rough as far as the floor condition and walls but the toilet and shower and sink was very clean. maybe add some place for people to put things beside the fridge and not have the microwave setting on the fridge but for the price it was nice.

It was close to Downtown Gatlinburg without being to close, quite, comfortable, and affordable. Yes the rooms are older but it was clean and the beds where comfy. We also got to see a bear at the neighboring lot while staying here. It has pool access at the Howard Johnson as well which my kids loved! We got our own balcony which was also nice because we got conjoining rooms. We would recommend this place. It was a great over all stay.

It was a great stay, only problems we had was the lobby for Travel Lodge was not open and you had to walk down the street to the Howard Johnson for Front Desk Services but everyone was super nice and helpful so it made up for it! 😊

There was no breakfast. The location was fine it was within walking distance to the attractions. We use to stay there every time when came down to Gatlinburg when it was called Bales.

The floors could have been mopped. My grand daughter walked across the floor a couple of times and her little feet were black.

Close to the parkway, staff was super nice, and had a nice fire to sit around and relax at.

Other guest were noisy and no respect for the ones trying to sleep, their kids ran around loud all night long. Most of my plug ends didn't work.

I think the property was in some stage of renovations.But the location was great, room clean, bed slept good and hot water was hot. My stay was great.

Still need shower fiberglass paint and bath floor too. Furniture probably need to be upgraded. No place to put suitcases in room except chairs, needs a small table in bathroom to put clothes on. (I stayed in room 118 which has a huge bathroom.). My wife and I really liked this room and out the door covered parking was terrific.

Room was big and I liked all the plugs for electronics. Room was clean no one near us on one side. There was a vending machine for drinks, just wished it took credit/debit cards.

Bathroom was clean but looked rough and had no heat vents in there. Since we were there only 1 night we didn’t shower. Unfortunately in the room there was no card telling us the wifi password, so we couldn’t connect to it.
