Beautiful hotel, lobby was gorgeous, rooms very clean and modern, comfortable beds, huge pool ( kiddie -5ft) Microwave, refrigerator, loved that it was in walking distance to downtown . The staff was extremely friendly and I will definitely be back next trip down to Gatlinburg!

The room at night wasn't dark enough due to light on balcony outside the window and shower curtain wasn't long enough from keeping water from getting on the floor had to keep a towel down. But the shower was amazing with a huge powerful shower head..other than those minor things everything was great!

The room was nice and the hotel was close to a lot of things to do, places to eat and places to shop. I like the pool and how the shallow end was sectioned off. The pool was clean and my toddler loved the freedom of being able to play in the shallow end.

The TV service kept going out multiple times during our 3 day stay. If you walk to where everything is, be prepared for a steap hike back up to the hotel, but that is true for most in this area.

We stayed in room 1027 next to the pool on the bottom floor easy access.. The room were so clean and roomy the beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The staff were awesome .. Some one was always there to help you with anything.. Easy walk from hotel.. Everything is right there. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night.. We will be staying here in the future.

Parking could be better and a few more handy capped spaces would help .

08/2023 - we are family of 5 and first time visiting gatlinburg tennessee(smokey mountain national park) The location , room / hotel, the employees, good nice free breakfast every morning etc..everything was excellent and satisfying. it is a walking distance to every stores/rides etc. car rides close to the entrance of the smokey mountain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL who would like to visit gatlinburg/smokey national park.

Spacious room, nice pool. Staff was very helpful. Hotel located not in the middle of the city center so surroinding is less noisy.

Room floor got wet for no clear reason. There was no towel rack in the bathroom, but towels got changed when requested. Our room was in the back of building B, a little far from pool and breakfast, but no big deal. Breakfast was regular, nothing special.

Could walk to everything on the gatlinburg strip and a great variety of restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious and 98% clean and breakfast was nice.

2% of room uncleanliness there were paper spitballs on the walls ceiling had lots of black particles on it. After 3 days at the pool my children all had bloody feet which caused us to end our stay early.

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to whatever you wanted to go. It was safe in the area cameras everywhere the rooms were kept clean. And we had also parking free at the hotel, and it was peaceful to stay there.

It was raining for the past two days and there was not no indoor pool for the family to be entertain at the hotel with the kids they weren’t that many staff around to ask questions

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms have a nice design and were cleaned well. Generous breakfast bar with a good range of choices. Located very close to downtown Gatlinburg, I is any easy walk and great to be able to park at the hotel and just walk around all the shops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg!!!

Room was good size, and bed was very comfortable! Staff went out of their way to please, excellent... They were wonderful..

Room floor was dirty, socks showed black.. clean beds, etc though. Only thing not good was didn't have any drawers to put our clothes in. There was 3 of us & no room for clothes, we had to keep opening our suitcases. Also needed a shuttle to downtown, we are old & it was extremely hard on us walking up & down the hill to town for dinner, shopping for 5 days!

Location was great. Room was comfortable and bed and pillows were so comfortable. Liked pillows so much I searched for pillow brand (Choice Hotels) and found them on Amazon. I ordered 2 pillows and can’t wait to get them. Room and property was clean. Room showed some signs of wear and tear but was all right. Nothing bad. I would stay there again.

Can’t really say anything we didn’t like.
