This was our third time going to Gatlinburg and we have stayed at Crossroads each time. The room, location and all is nice.

We arrived at 3:30 and was told check in was at 4 and our room wasn't ready, and that check in was at 4 so we had to sit in the car after driving several hours there and wait for a call that our room was ready. We watched to see where they were cleaning the rooms and the room we got, nobody cleaned it while we were sitting there which means it was ready we just wasn't allowed to check in until 4. A check in time a little earlier would be nice, 4 is kind of late in the day.

Shopping, everything is close. Hotel was in a great location.

Many of the foreigners that were guests also treated me like I shouldn't be there. I heard very little English and felt very out of place. All of the ice and vending machines were not working. We couldn't get extra linens and blankets for our room.

parking, lot was crowded, they didn’t want to give us a second pass for our friends when we paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. they eventually did but also noticed the were allowing people to pay and park in their lot also

The room was large and clean. I had a nice view. Although it rained most of the four days I was there, we were close in enough to get to good food and other attractions by walking or driving. The price was an excellent value. I would stay there again in the future.

I was confused about the continental breakfast situation. I thought there was a breakfast, or at least coffee, but I didn't see anything in the lobby. My little coffee maker in the room didn't work, and I alerted the front desk. This might have been my error. Luckily, there is a restaurant right at the exit driveway and they had good coffee and breakfast.

Breakfast was good the staff in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful . Location was the main thing why I pick this place to stay.

Cleanliness the carpet need it vacuum. ( I found a dirty underwear on the closet but someone came and take out)🤮) But I got to give credit to it the housekeepers ‘some’, one day they took the trash out and the lady even did our beds and fold our blankets we brought and let the room neat. ( I was I see her to personally tip it 😃) But the next day,trahs was there and the beds weren’t make it look like they just perfumed the room 😬.

Our room was very spacious. We did not eat breakfast although it was available. The location was wonderful, we enjoyed walking around Gatlinburg, TN

Where do I begin....1) desk clerk was abrupt and just not very personable. Please give him in course in customer relations 2) parking was a nightmare! Very tight and we drove around the parking lot for 15 minutes before we got someone's parking space. 3) although the room was basically clean, there was a spot of dried blood on the bathroom floor and down the door facing( how did y'all not see that, cause I did!) Overall, the stay was ok, but I'd probably check around more before choosing again to stay here

Everything was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was amazing along with the staff who kept the food filled up, they helped me when I had two plates in my hand trying to do my daughter's drink along with my 1 year olds food at the same rime! If you're able to then I would definitely tip those guys! The pool was great, the kitty pool is super cold but my kids loved it! The way the parking lot is made seems small but there is parking, you are still on the strip walking to everything, about 3 mins if that to walk to annakesta. Definitely book this hotel! The rooms are super nice/clean! You cannot hear traffic or your neighbors. They have black out curtain's to make it darker! The mirror is touch screen which is amazing. You still have a view of the mountain from your room, you cannot beat this place! Save your money and stay here!

The parking lot lights at night shining in the rooms at night , and it was very hard to sit on the balcony at night with the lights shining in your eyes .. the mold in the bathroom
