staff was super great. was nice to have washer and dryer there to use. but they were dirty and needed wiping. continental breakfast was very good. very clean in the room. worker does a great job.

the hallways were so dirty. they need to be swept daily not once a week. carpets were nasty dirty. would be nice to take a shampoo er to them. we kept our sandals on and not walk on carpet barefoot in our rooms. I saw their sweepers they use. they were filthy dirty. I dropped something behind the bed stand. no one ever sweeps back there. even once a month would be great!

The beds were really comfortable. The area was really close to amenities.

Someone came banging on the door at 9:11 to ask if we were staying over. Checkout isn’t until 11! When I looked out the peephole I saw a lady with a clipboard but when I asked who it was she never said anything even after trying to open the door. Check in was slow but the guy was nice and check out was fast but they had everyone’s information laying out on the counter.

I was comfortable and decently quiet.The housekeeping staff was exceptionally nice, the front desk staff could take a few pointers from them.

The one small amount of free time that I had to swim the swimming area was closed and I got off work at 8 and always showed up just shy of breakfast. Also when I asked the price for adding the weekend to my stay he told me it would be almost $400 ! I thought that was a ridiculous amount considering I had just spent 3 night for less than $300.

I didn't like how the house keeper said she was getting complaints that the ppl under me was smelling cigarette smoke NOTE I DON'T EVEN SMOKE so when I tell her that she's like I can tell it isn't coming from your room when you opened the door and said it's the ppl next to you then ... Well why say something if you didn't smell smoke when I opened the door...

The room was really nice clean and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeepers we’re very pleasant and helpful

Often there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Also the pool not being operable should be listed on the website. Guests don’t know until after they’ve booked online and arrive to check in

Everyone was helpful and room was clean except for bottom of tub and hair found.

12/15/21 morning front clerk was rude and told me to hush when i was telling him my card has been ran from system in a polite way and if he wanted to do that. He argued that it wasn’t there, then hushed me. I never got rude until he hushed me like a child. I never encountered that type of rudeness and stayed at the residence for over a week. I was disappointed but i won’t let it reflect on the rest of the front attendants or housekeepers team. they were Great!

It was very clean and relaxing got really quiet around 8pm! Presidential room was amazing very comfortable jacuzzi tub worked wonders for my back!

I wish the pool stayed open alittle but longer until maybe 10 and I wish the air conditioner made the room a bit cooler but it’s a bigger room so it’s understandable!

The hot tub in the room was very nice and I think there was a sauna mode in the bathroom? my boyfriend and i stayed here in the thomas jefferson executive suite for a little weekend trip for his 21st birthday and we loved it. it even had a little balcony over the indoor pool area.

There was not many things to complain about except we had to wait an extra 45ish minutes after our check in time because the room wasn’t ready, but the owner said it was due to having no staff, which we understood.

Front desk David was absolutely professional, absolutely patient and he carried on a nice conversation. Made Jackson look good nice clean rooms, clean floors clean pool that wasn't to hot or cold it was just right I enjoyed my stay

Morning staff was a little rude bur I was leaving anyway after my morning swim and mimosa! Period

Pool was closed, Breakfast poor, Clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, had microwave & fridge, but no coffee maker in room. I would certainly stay again for money value. Safe convenient location, close to many restaurants, and Walmart. As a family as long as clean baths, great beds, and safe location with great value it’s a winner!
