The area was almost rural. Nice mountain view. For a busy city it was in a more quite part of town. The staff was amazing. Andrea handled the details via the phone. Check in was a breeze and the lady working the desk was very sweet. The room was nicer than I expected. Very clean and comfortable for the price. Also, no loud noises from interstate traffic or people. The only issue we had was a knob on the temperature control didn't work well. The gentleman who checked us out in the morning was also a maintenance man. He was also very nice and we let him know about the knob. The continental breakfast also was good. We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and nice rooms at a reasonable price.

Pleasant staff, convenient location, comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, the breakfast was good, and the staff kept a check on it and replaced food items when necessary.

The room was a little rough around the edges, noticed a cigarette burn hole in bedspread, toilet seat looked like it could be replaced, room smelled like perhaps someone had smoked in it, traffic noises could be very loud at times. Not meaning to be overly critical, but consider this as constructive criticism.

The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot and good pressure. The breakfast bar was big with alot of options. Mrs. Stacy at the front desk is amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and made my stay better.

The area is a place I would not feel comfortable walking around at night by myself. The late night desk lady did not know how to print and I really needed my bus tickets printed off, made my traveling plans a bit more difficult. The room needs a little more updating, as you could tell it used to be a smoking room and there was cigarette stains/damage in places like the light switches.

We liked the all the dining options we had within walking distance. It was a 15 minute drive to visit my family.

We only had 1 dislike, our bathroom had a bad odor (sewer) to it and it seemed like the floor around the toilet was wet quite often. We didn't want to complain.

Suraj the owner or manager was the most professional hotel manager we have dealt with in a long time. The staff was absolutely incredible and helped with everything I needed! They made our stay what it was!

The air conditioners leaked and it made for a slippery surface for myself and my kids.

Me and my partner booked this last minute on our road trip from FL to OH. Check in was very simple. One thing that stood out was the bathroom. It was huge!!! Bigger than mine at home. Also since it is late November, it was freezing outside. The heater was great. The room got nice and toasty quick! I was very comfortable. Now I did think the cost of the room was a tad bit steep, especially for the location. However, the staff makes up for it. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. Will book again!

Breakfast was adequate, but the 2d day, the breakfast sausage ran out.

The front desk still had a former reservation in the system & I had to call corporate to correct it.

Easy check in. Room was decent.

When making the reservation I indicated there would be two people in the room. Did not expect I would have to ask for washcloths. There was only one in the room.

Ive stayed at many hotels while coming to visit my family in and around this area and hands down this has the most friendliest staff and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. This WILL BE my go to place to stay when I travel.

My concern was the toilet was not quite bolted to the floor properly as it moved when you go to sit down 😂 The only other concern was there wasn’t an “ingredient” list on the shampoo, conditioner and lotion you offer. I didn’t have a problem using them but the next person might, not knowing what they are made of.

When checking in, it was late at night, and I did cal to confirm we were going to be arriving later. The person I spoke with said it would be no problem but then when checking in the older male staff was quite rude and couldn’t find my booking (although they had already charged my card and I asked if I needed to price my confirmation number). He might have just had a bad night and I completely understand that. Other than this experience the hotels location is great and just a short drive into town.
