We came to stay for the Country Thunder music event and wanted a place close, but not super expensive since we wouldn't spend much time at the hotel. Wasn't expecting much but got the total opposite! Called for an early check in for about an hour prior to check in time and was told we could check in as early as we wanted! Gave us much more time to get ready. Staff was very friendly, quick check in upon arriving and rooms were very clean! Parking was great, lot very well lit, and not any outside noise to disturb us at all although you're very close to everything. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely visit again for the concert in 2023!

Slight cigarette smell coming from bathroom vent although rooms and grounds are smoke free, but it did not interrupt our stay. we always travel with Febreeze 🙂

I did not expect it to be so clean. I forgot my phone charger. The staffers were very accommodating. I had a wonderful rest. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. I consider the hotel to be in a perfect location because Target is across the street from the hotel; incase you forgot an essential item, you can skip over to Target and get ut.

loved that it was close to everything but off the main road.. also loved the corner room on the first floor.. it was perfect because we only had someone on one side of us.. so we didn’t have to worry about being disturbed or anything.. the air conditioning was also cold.. which we loved because we can’t stand to be hot. the wonderful lady at the front desk was quick and efficient..

there really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.. if I had to say one thing.. the bed could have been a little more soft but it wasn’t horrible

Possibly new mgmt. A complete turn around from my last stay here. Throughly enjoyed myself.

Soft drink machine did'nt chill drinks. Can you say," ice machine."? Needs new matresses. Hard but decent enough.

The room was comfortable and clean. Perfect location.

Upon arrival, I didn't know that the customers had to stand outside of the hotel to get my room. Mind you it was cold. I'm not sure why we had to stand out in the cold to get our rooms, but it was a very unpleasant situation. The hotel towels could've been of better quality. The towel were like water resistant and would leave towel lint on you from drying off. Other than that. The location was great, the price was reasonable, and the room was clean..

We arrived very late and the guy that checked us in was very kind and helpful. Location to our destination was good. Good parking space for truck and trailer. Very clean and super reasonable price! We will definitely stay again!

Loitering in the area, probably drug problems in the town. Had someone knock on our door shortly after we arrived to our room for the night. Staff was nice and no issues with cleanliness so I’ll stay again when visiting Bristol Motor Speedway

Steven at the front desk is an amazing employee with great service and a friendly attitude- it made our stressful mornings more pleasant and was appreciated! Coffee always ready 🙂

Room cleanliness. Affordable price. Location was convenient to my destination.

Some of the other guests running around outside rooms late at night being very loud and using foul language. Many guests had no respect that they were at a hotel and it sounded like allot of drunk partying going on.
