Very clean and the room was more updated than I had expected.

I had paid prior to arrival through via booking.com. Once I showed up I was informed since I was local that I was expected to pay a 200 deposit fee with a credit card because I was considered a local per their policy. It was not stated anywhere and it was unexpected. I had already paid and my original payment was non-refundable. I didn't want $200 hotel pending on my credit card statement. I believe it should be advised prior to arrival of this policy.

We love the convenience and location. And the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

My wife and I love to stay there for a little get away. We are local and it's convenient. But the desk guy asked a lot of questions this time and wasn't very friendly. And then charged me a $200 deposit for the first time. Not very happy with that. If this is a policy change we may have to rethink our get aways.

it was super comfortable and clean

the whole reason for me choosing this place was because of the indoor swimming pool. However it was so cold it might as well been outside I’m the dead of winter. I would have stayed closer to my friends 20 minutes away if I had known the pool was going to be like this.

The king bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the room. Location was close to the main highway.

There was a strong smell of Lysol cleaner in the room. Obviously, there is construction going on in the hotel. However, isn't there another area to put the materials then in the breakfast area? There was a dish washer machine sitting under a cabinet and boxes of base board panels stacked on the floor. This did not give a good impression.

They added a $25 fee for our dog after we checked in. There was no indication when we booked of what the dog fee might be, nor was there a way to indicate that we had a dog. We stayed one night and brought our own blankets to keep dog hair off the rug.

The lady at the front desk was one of the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered. I am so heavy hearted that I cannot remember her name because she deserves to be named. If the manager happens to read this review, it was the morning of September 3, 2022. She deserves a raise!

Bed and pillows were comfortable, front desk people were nice and pool was warm and fun, good value and nice location. Good restaurants were available not too far away

Pool area was a little dark-maybe needs some better lighting, but still enjoyed it anyway

Pet friendly. Room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee was good.

No good breakfast options. Several groups of young adults playing music, partying, dancing, and cursing in the parking lot... I don't know if that is the norm, but we were a little concerned leaving our car full of stuff. ~Relieved in the morning to find that everything was fine.

Location, cleanliness, pool, polite & accommodating staff

Ask housekeeping to check to make sure the windows are closed & locked. My room was on ground floor. Thanks

The workers there were awesome, friendly, and helpful. The beds were amazing, and alot of cable. We were upgraded as soon as we got there!

Pool was freezing , shower leaked a little bit all night
