Very nice hotel with great food and comfortable bed

At around 8 am my girl woke up to the cleaning lady being in our room at the end in the bed and then ran out. At 10:30 the cleaning lady did not knock and came into my room with my girl and me was getting dressed and was completely naked. Why are they entering my room, that's my privacy. That's not cool at all. They can't wait till I check out? Other then peeping maids the hotel was cool. The lady that had breakfast was awesome. Would love to chat with someone with IHG.

The breakfast was the best we've experienced in the 2 months we've been traveling the country. The selection was good and it was the only hotel that wrapped the apples. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. But the best thing was the service. She was kind, polite, generous, caring. She waited for people to be done before shutting down, make sure all were taken care of, even offering to get more for folks when the cut-off time neared. So different from other hotels and even other Holiday Inns Express.

Our last night a highschool baseball team was booked on our floor they were running around the hallway, slamming doors and playing extremely loud music. Eventually we were tired enough we were able to sleep. Nothing negative with the hotel though

The hot breakfast was exceptional. The staff was so helpful. We drove through the night and arrive at the hotel at around 7am. The hotel receptionist had no problem with us checking in early and was very accommodating. The room were so fresh and clean and made us feel right at home. Close to a lot of great restaurants and great shops.

We honestly don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel welcome.

The room was pretty clean, had hot water and a large bathroom.

We always have to ask for additional towels. Our reservation was for 4 adults and a 3yr old but only had 3 towels in the room. With 5 people in a room, 2 partial rolls of tp was a little risky so had to ask for more.

The breakfast was great. The location was close to the interstate and that’s what we wanted.

The room was really good but every time the air conditioner came on it was really loud and disturbing. Other than that it was perfect

When you book hotels that are in another state or even another town you always hope for the best. We were extremely pleased with this holiday inn express in Knoxville. The staff was pleasant check-in was so easy. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised at how neat and fresh it was. The breakfast was phenomenal so many choices. We would definitely stay there again should we be in the Knoxville Tennessee area

Overall the hotel was clean and the staff courteous.

The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were not good. And the selection of toast could be better. The room was not very quiet. Both nights we awoke to a group next door or outside of our room.

Value for money was excellent. Room was spacious and check in took about 3 minutes total, was in the room within 5 minutes of parking car. Breakfast in the morning exceeded expectations, very large selection, quality choices.

Not much. Had a very favorable experience. Would definitely choose this location again.
