This place was wonderful. Modern and very clean. The staff was a dream do deal with!!

The mattresses are ok. Not the best and not the worst.

The hotel looked very nice, updated and modern. Close to airport if you flew. It's not in a busy crowded part of nashville, which is what i was looking for. It is about a 10-15 min drive to downtown. There is a gym. I wish there was a pool or hot tub. Also wish there was a bar or restaurant. But there is one in the hotel next door. They do sell snacks, drinks and beer but they are so expensive!

The breakfast is very scarce. Not a whole lot to chose from. You basically just get cereal, granola bars, bagels, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches or fruit to chose from. Also they don't have curtains, just see-through blinds, and it was extremely bright in the mornings. Especially with the parking lights. I was also told I would get charged at check out for my stay. But ended up getting charged on my second day. Not once, but twice. So had to deal with the hassle of that.

The property was very accessible, the front staff was very nice. The room was nice and clean, very futuristic feel. The bathrooms were beautiful and the bed was very comfy! I loved the labeled makeup cloth, and the labeled hairdryer. There was also a mini fridge, which we bought a couple of drinks and put in. My husband had left his work orders in the room and I called and the front desk was so nice, He ran upstairs to our room and got them so that when i returned all i had to do was grab them from the front desk!

The room was VERY close to the Airport and that was perfect due to the fact that my husband had an early flight, however, if you’re not a sound sleeper, the airplanes are definitely loud since you’re so close to the airport. If you plan on staying an extended time, they do not have a microwave in the room, but they do have a mini fridge. My husband and i just ate out the days we stayed though.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. Felt almost like home. I enjoyed watching the airplanes so close. It was an amazing experience. Eventhough I didn't have breakfast in my stay it wasn't so bad. They always had healthy grab to go. Also I recommend that the shower door to be fixed so it close properly. If I visit Tennessee again definitely I will stay there again!

That this place allowed my dogs for a small fee . And the floors in the rooms worked out great especially if your pet was to have a accident it was a easy clean. The beds were comfortable and it was even a quiet stay.

Breakfast was the only thing, it was nice but figd maybe there could have been alittle more choices to it.

Loved how up to date it was and very clean modern style. They have fresh coffee 24-7 filtered or sparkling water. It was great

The breakfast was less then desirable. For the price they charge they could do better And not a fan of soft beds. But some people like them

Everything was close by that we wanted to go to.

Our last morning there we couldn't get any coffee. Both machines were down and the young lady working was trying to find someone to help her fix them. Not a horrible thing just missed my coffee.

The selection of items offfered for breakfast was quite good and actually more than expected. I appreciated having coffee/tea available 24/7 though not having lids for the cups presented challenges given hot beverages. The lids provided did not fit the cups. The shampoo/conditioner, etc provided in the rooms should be checked for levels. There were items that were empty and were not filled by the hk staff while we were in the room. I'd brought my own so it wasn't a problem, but should be monitored.

The rooms are small, adequate and functional, but small. It's difficult for 2 people to move around at the same time. There is only a desk chair for seating so you are forced to have to sit on the bed to watch tv or read. This is ok but not my preference. It worked and was fine and we knew the room would be small, but it is something to be aware of.

The room was spotless and the shower was amazing. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were great. It was very cool seeing the airplanes fly right above us- my kids loved that aspect.

The breakfast could have been better for the price. The crew was clearly short staffed and they did their very best- that wasn't the issue- but the options are very limited. The only "hot" item they had were heated up Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit sandwiches.

Having airport shuttle services was very helpful. I didn't have breakfast, but it looked fine. The coffee bar was a great added bonus.

I didn't know if you could see through the logo like shade in the room, and I couldn't tell if there was another behind it. There appeared to be something but I couldn't reach it to pull it down.
