We did not get to stay for breakfast. We had other plans. We had to leave at 3:30 am. It was well lit outside & I felt safe. The rooms were clean & quiet. My son enjoyed the indoor pool.

We got there early & I asked about early check-in. The employee was polite but firm and the answer was no. I tried to call back after we ate & could not get anyone to answer the phone. I went back to ask where we could go locally to wait & another employee (manager) said rooms just became available. Evidently the employee was new. It took a while for check in & she had to have help.

I like everything. The rooms were nice and clean and smelled great. For the price probably one of the best with an indoor pool I would come back ANYTIME.

So when I booked the room, It stated that I would pay at check-in. Well, I got a text early that day stating they tried and charge my card. but bc my card was locked it was declined. So when I arrived I wasn't able to check in right away, I had to wait 40 mins and then still couldn check in cause the card was declined I had no room but was there. so they charged me twice the amount. for 4 days. It was never fixed or offered to be fixed.

Front desk lady - SO AMAZING, friendly, nice, accommodating! Room was very clean. Parking is convenient. Free breakfast. Comfortable bed. Coffee/tea maker in the room, available downstairs too. Indoor pool with long hours, until 11pm. Fridge in the room, TV as well, iron as well. Blinding curtains.

The shower pipes made huge noise when we tried to put the water temperature lower, but front desk lady already addressed that to the maintenance. Close to the airport but not so close to the central of the city. But honestly, nothing bad about the hotel itself, loved our stay!

I have never stayed at a Super 8 hotel and did not know what to expect. I stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for my early flight the next day. The room was clean and spacious. The king-size bed was comfortable. There was DirectTV in the room which offered channels like HBO, Showtime, etc., so I was able to enjoy some of my favorite shows. The customer service rep was friendly and explained everything at check-in. There was plenty of free parking, the property was clean upon arrival and the hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport. I left early, so I didn't eat breakfast but there is a buffet continental breakfast offered.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, so I could hear the people in the room above me walking back and forth all night. If your a light sleeper like I am, bring some earplugs or headphones to block it out.

The hot tub and indoor pool were nice. There was an elevator. A Shoney's was in walking distance. I could watch Airplanes fly by. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.

They need to hire more staff. The check in desk was empty for a long time because the 1 person was helping another customer. It took 3 times to get door cards to work. The hotel is charging from magnetic strip to RFID. We had the wrong type of card.

the beds were comfortable and it was clean. our stay was very short so we couldn’t really explore the amenities.

my mom went down for coffee and to see if any juice was out yet but there wasn’t any juice. It was early for not to be out though, however, the desk attendant was sitting at a table with his head down asleep. A guest came in to check in and woke him up. Other than that things were quite nice for them.

I was there for a sad reason. I just had a family member pass the same day of my arrival. the two ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to get me into a room quickly. they were so kind and caring. I appreciate them so very much. one of them Even called the room to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything. I wish there was a way to tell them how much their kindness meant to me. Thank you

The hospitality of the staff was incredible. The staff provided an excellent and personable customer service experience. The shower was hot with great pressure and the bed was very comfortable! I slept all night and was not interrupted by any outside noise (I was on the third floor). On check out I left my airpods and did not notice until I was two hours away. I called and they verified if my headphones were there after they went and searched the room. They held them for me until I could go back and get them two days later. Amazing!!! Thank you Marquisha!!!!!

First thing we noticed when we walked in was the carpet and how it could use a little more attention. I recommend wearing your flip flops when going over it. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay. I got what I paid for.

The property was clean and comfortable. There were minor issues that did not impact our stay. For example, the grout in the bathroom in our room had cracked in places and a few small pieces were missing. The front desk clerk, assistant manager, housekeeping and maintenance man went out of their way to accommodate us upon arrival!! We had traveled from a different time zone and needed a place for the girls to get ready for a cheerleading competition. We arrived at the hotel before check in time and were stressed about the girls having to get ready in the lobby bathroom. The staff worked together to get us in a room in time for the girls to get ready!! Their kindness, flexibility and amazing customer service skills were very much appreciated!!!

No complaints at all!!

The pool and hot tub were very clean hot tub wasn't really hot but it was still nice. The front desk worker was super nice very helpful. Her name was Passion and she needs a shout out she went over the need to help the people in front if us and a lady that walked in with a broke down vehicle. Then the next shift didn't show up and she had to stay and work the next shift also. Very professional and super nice.

Hot tub wasn't very hot and the comforters on the beds were more like sheets than a cover.
