Room was great, breakfast had many quick and easy options.

The morning front desk person was not helpful. I asked for towels one day and he seemed put out. The next day I asked for the "room refresh" which just meant they tidied up and emptied trash. He said I had to put in a 24 hour notice for this request. That would have been ok so I just asked if someone could empty our trash because it was overflowing in room and bathroom. He seemed very put out and said he could not promise anything. He even said well if you see the staff working on your floor you can tell them. I had politely said surely you can ask the staff to empty the trash in our room please. As far as that 24 hour advance rule he spoke of, it didn't say that on the mirror in the bathroom when they detailed what a room refresh was if you were staying multiple days.

The staff is always available, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the tv is great! Parking is very convenient. The beds are comfortable and the shower is spacious.

They are currently doing remodeling at this location and the front entrance is closed. The only entrance and exit is on the side of the building and you have to walk up a grassy incline. They did have a plank of wood down; however for those with mobility issues that can be a safety issue. When it rained there was no covering, so everyone entering or exiting the building got wet. Hopefully the remodeling will be completed soon. This issue would deter me from staying there until the work is complete.

It was very clean and updated. Beautiful bathroom with a nice shower. The bed was comfortable (other than the pillows) and it was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The staff was also friendly and very efficient. The check in process took less than 5 minutes which was awesome after a long travel day!

The only things I didn’t like about the property was just nitpicky things. There was a weird stain on the wall in the bathroom. It looked like maybe water damage or rust. It wasn’t big but I did notice it. And the pillows are way too soft and are not supportive at all, which made it difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep. Again, these are just nitpicky items. Overall fantastic hotel.

The property was off the road so no noise but easy to access. The hotel was nice and updated. The interior was great. Very modern and updated. It had a little “corner store” for snacks and things to buy at the front desk. The rooms were clean and fresh. The bathroom was exceptional. Loved the lighted mirror. Had full size toiletries in there, which was surprising. The beds were comfy and the pillows were too. Everything was perfect. The fridge worked well kept all our drinks cold. The rooms were amble size. Nothing too small. Everything that we used while staying was great. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again!! The staff was absolutely wonderful, pleasant, funny, very accommodating and fast too. Check in and check out took no time at all. Someone was always there if you went down to ask a question. Or if you called down someone always answered the phone promptly.

Staff was kind and courteous and super helpful. The shuttle service was fantastic and they even drove me back to the airport a day after I checked out; I stayed at a second hotel the next night but had to come back before my flight to pickup a forgotten item. They kept my stuff safe & then offered me a ride to the airport even though I was no longer their guest. Bob, I think was his name, the shuttle driver is so funny, and very kind- you’ll have a great chat with him. There’s also a blonde woman who drove the shuttle as well who was incredibly knowledgeable about Nashville and was able to make a bunch of great suggestions for my trip. Every staff member I met was amazing there though, the hotel was clean and comfy and the shower was my personal favorite thing. Breakfast had more options than expected as well which was awesome since I was trying to save a little money on dining out! 10/10. I’ll be staying here again.

The room was big and plenty clean. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and helpful. I didn't use any of the facilities, but they all looked excellent from what I did see. There was plenty of signage directing guests to the temporary check in, which I really appreciated. Thank you for the great stay!

I would have liked to see better options at the breakfast bar. I was a bit disappointed that there was nothing but carbs. Some eggs and bacon/sausage would have been great. This might just be a bit nitpicky, but I was a bit annoyed by the elevator. It took forever to open once it reached the correct floor! Similarly, the door to the bathroom was very hard to open.

The staff and location were amazing! From the receptionist to the housekeepers, the staff truly enhanced the experience. This property included shuttle service and it wasn’t just exclusive to airport pickup/drop off, they can take you to the Opry Mills, restaurants/stores that are close by the hotel, and have to give special thanks to Bob for his great food and activity suggestions and music! The other employees like Dan, DeWayne, Carol, and the others (I couldn’t remember all the names, but I wish I did unfortunately) made sure we were comfortable and that our needs were met. The room was clean and orderly when we checked in and check out was seamless. Great continental breakfast that comes included with the room booking. Not from all the action but still away from all the noise and craziness of Nashville. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Only the dining room experience could have been better. I always count on Hampton Inn dark roast coffee but they only had light roast. The person who kept up the breakfast room emptied the garbage and then restocked the food. I saw no gloves or time to wash hands. There were many people in the dining area the night before and no one tidied the area. There was food all over the floor and no clean tables for breakfast.

far from the city but they have shuttle that you can pay $10. for hampton inn this location for breakfast is a disappointment, its like a 1-2 star class breakfast.. i did not even review the breakfast because i stayed in hampton inn before i know they always have good breakfast .

Very clean and comfortable room. Check in was easy and all staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and stayed stocked.Husband liked the waffles. Had fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, yogurt and assorted sausage biscuits. Plenty to please all!! Will definitely stay again!

Wasn't told fitness room was closed when I called and asked about a fitness facility. But, the good news is they are renovating it to make it bigger!! So next time there will be a fitness facility🥰
