The young man that checked us in was excellent! He went above and beyond asking us what brings us to town and what our plans are. The advice he gave was great and even suggested a few places to try. Definitely a people person. That night when I came in, it was a little after 10, There was an older man (in a wheelchair) who was not friendly at all and he prob should not be working the front desk. He seemed to have an attitude when I asked what time the hot tub closed, he said “it’s closed.” I said ok what time does it close so I know what time for tomorrow? He answered me but then I also had to ask what time it opened. Like he could have just said “it’s open from 7am-10 pm daily.” He just seemed very rude. Glad that was the only time I had to deal with him.

Staff was really helpful. Property was clean as well. We got lucky to find this place. We drove 10 hours to another hotel that we booked a few weeks prior. Once we got here to Nashville, the hotel we booked through booking.com did not have our reservations and would not work with us. So we had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. We found this great hotel. We are happy the other place didn’t work out. We will be staying at another Fairfield Inn, in Chattanooga. Nice hotels.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was good, there were stores and food near by, not too far from downtown. They had a jacuzzi. Most of the staff was friendly. There was complimentary breakfast available with plenty of seating, also a cooler with other drink options available for purchase. We traveled with another couple and they did accommodate us and put our rooms near eachother as requested.

The breakfast could have been better. the eggs were very watery, I had a puddle on my plate. There was no pool.

FREE PARKING!! Very clean and modern. Loved the personalization of the tv when i got into the room (it greeted me by name on the screen lol) friendly staff. Continental breakfast was good and you even eventually got used to the plane noise. Close enough to the city that you were there in minutes but far enough from the crowds.

No shuttle to the city.. only to the airport. :( Had to figure out we had to turn the fridge on every 2 hours to keep it cold. The microwave door was warped a bit, so you had to push down on the top to close it. No complimentary bathroom essentials.. all in the shower wall. I get the cut down of waste and they did provide a makeup wipe and soap bar tho. Back of the chair at the desk in the room already had holes on the top like someone picked at it.

We did not have breakfast here because our flight was very early. Being close to the airport was why we chose Fairfield Inn. They have a shuttle that leaves at 4 am for those with early flights! So very helpful to know when planning a trip. We had a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Very quiet and spacious room. Very pleased to find safety bars in the shower.

I liked how new and upscale the hotel was.

The only thing I didn’t like was on check out day we had someone try to make entry into our room. It woke us up with the door stopper caught the door. I think housekeeping should have a better schedule of which rooms are checking out and wait until check out to come in.

Great staff and services. Good location. Near good shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the stay and will most likely book again in the near future. Highly recommended.

The airport noise was sometimes annoying but expected. No other issues were encountered on this visit.

Very clean, great size room, hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was really good.

Not enough choices on breakfast cereal and it was skim milk.

I didn’t like that the bed/sofa bed were so close together. The pictures on the Hotels website shows the king bed being a good distance from the sofa bed but there is maybe 5 ft between the two.
