We were in a king suite for two nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The king bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The hotel itself is nice with a wonderful breakfast buffet. The evening buffet from 5:30-7:00 with your choice of three alcoholic drinks per person, is a wonderful touch. They have free popcorn, and soft drinks as well. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool was nice. There was also a hot tub, but we did not get in that. The reason we picked this hotel was for those extra things which helps you to save on eating out all the time, especially if you’re traveling with children. Also, there’s free parking and you’re only about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. They also offer shuttle service to the BNA airport for guests.

The only negative would be that the furniture in the king suite (sofa bed) was worn and not very comfortable.

Very nice upscale hotel to us. Comfortable nice bedding, very clean, excellent staff. They had good filling breakfast with room to spread out. There was a snack, actually a full meal, offered in the evening absolutely Free with drinks. We saved on going out for dinner.

The only thing that I found was the tiny fridge in the room. It had no freezer compartment. We left a day early due to that as we had food for our dog for a week that thawed out. We didn't ask hotel but heard afterwards they would have stored our food for us.

This hotel is gorgeous on the inside with plenty of subtle Nashville/country accents that mesh well together. We arrive right in time for the 5:30 Kickback, which is the coolest thing I’ve seen a hotel offer. Enough snacks to make a dinner if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel and 3 free alcoholic per person (or unlimited non alcoholic drinks). I appreciated being able to enjoy as many Shirley temples as my heart wanted while my friends were able to enjoy their tequila sunrises. They really make sure no one is left out!! The rooms were perfect size and the beds were soft and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great despite being a little cold but you can’t ask for warm water at night at the end of October lol but it was perfect enough for an hour splash around. The breakfast was delicious for a hotel breakfast and all of the staff we ran in to were so kind and friendly and went out of their way to say good morning. I definitely will be staying at Drury hotels in my future adventures!!

While using the pool, a man was sitting outside the pool in a little seating area by the computers. He was visibly staring and watching my friend and I (2 young women) as we removed our swimsuit cover ups and was still watching us as we swam around in the pool. We weren’t sure if he was a guest or just intoxicated but he did come in to the pool area at one point and exit the door to the outside pool and continued to watch us. He left quickly when my friends boyfriend joined us from upstairs. We didn’t feel comfortable letting the front desk know as it seemed to be run by young female staff members and we didn’t want to put them in a bad situation with this man, so we did our best to ignore it. It just was very nerve wracking as 2 young women in this day and age!

I appreciated that we were able to obtain a room on the 1st floor, as requested. The bed was comfortable, and the room temperature was easily adjusted.

The sink in our room did not drain properly. The toilet was loose and wobbled. We had hoped to find popcorn available for afternoon snack (as has been at other Drury's where we've stayed), but it was not available until just before the evening meal was served. The construction in the vicinity of the hotel made it difficult to enter and exit, and parking was limited.

The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. They had so many trikes motorcycles they were all showing them off they were all lit up real close to the airport real close to the airport

What didn't I like I didn't like to leave the people were so nice and friendly great vocation and they put on a spread in the morning for breakfast great time of day girl they had waffles they had cereal they had bacon they had sausage they had eggs they had anything and everything you wanted and boy it wasn't good

Good variety of food and everything was hot and fresh. Dinner was a surprise. So nice to be able to sit and talk with other visitors. Met some new friends and the staff was so nice and didn't rush us. We were able to celebrate our grand daughters birthday and watch college football in the lobby/dining room. The food was more than we could have expected.

My only complaint would be the softness of some of the chairs in the lobby/dining area and in our room. However, overall it was the best experience we have had in our travels thus far.

staff were awesome, very helpful in a bad situation with my car room was comfortable breakfast was delicious and a great variety didn't make it to supper or happy hour but it sounded awesome highly recommend

a bit pricey for the area area itself not quite safe, BUT protective measures in place housekeeping a little slack, a beer left in our fridge, only 2 towels and microwave had some food debris. no reflection on quality of hotel

The breakfast and 5:30 kickback were amazing. The staff was so kind and accommodating.

The only 2 complaints I have were: 1. the hotel was freezing. The room was cold and the breakfast area was cold. I understand it's cold out, but it was cold. 2. The day we were originally supposed to check out, housekeeping opened the door 3 times between 7-8am. Checkout is not until 11 so I'm unsure why they kept coming in.

The happy hour appetizer and breakfast are wonderful..! Couldn’t believe it was all complimentary..! Staff was so nice and accommodating, really enjoyed our stay.. close to grand old Opery and Nashville and right next to the airport..! Perfect..!

Rooms were smaller than I thought, we reserved a nice suite on the bottom floor for handicapped husband , when we arrived they had us on the third floor.. I had called three times to request and booked four months out asking for bottom floor , so dissatisfied when we arrived.. but ended up with standard room on bottom floor.. why couldn’t they give me a room that I reserved?

The staff was wonderful, all shifts. They were helpful and super sweet at check in. On our second night, they found a cork screw for us to open our bottle of wine. Check in staff got excited when they found out I grew up in the area, discussing local food and entertainment. Breakfast and dinner buffets were provided with cocktails from 530 to 7pm each night. The location is great for everything we came to town for and we will definitely stay here in the future!!

The only issue we ran into was the toilet in our daughter's room would continue to run if you did not get the handle adjusted after flushing. By no means did this affect our stay and does not change we rate this stay a 10!!
