Sleep Inn Nashville Downtown Opryland Area

The value for what we had was great! The room was perfect for a weekend stay. The facilities were clean and the afternoon front desk person was super nice and friendly. Bed was super comfortable and pillows were perfect. Easy to get in and out of parking lot.

The free breakfast could have been a little more and the vending machine was just about empty. The door on the shower was not great and water got all over the floor in the bathroom (not hotel's fault just the way the door is made). The lady present the next morning for check-out was not friendly and did not even turn to look at us when we stated we were there to check-out.

Room was very clean, no musty smell. A/C worked fine, water was as hot as wanted. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Although only continental breakfast, it had fresh muffins, fruit, cereal, waffle iron, and yogurt and was ready early (6am) for those like me that have to get up early.

Although very competitive with all hotel/motels in the area, the price was a little high, HOWEVER, given the prices in the same area of town, this was a deal. I do not know how full this place was but if it could get the rooms under $100 a night it would be booked solid.

I love everything, good location. Hotel room looks exactly like the picture, it smelled good, they really meant when said no smoking room, it didn't smell like cigarettes, restroom clean, love it.

I didn't like the lady said breakfast is over and turned off the lights, that was rude. Even when we as guest know what time breakfast is over, we can finish our breakfast in the breakfast area. May be she was having a bad day. Other than that I will book again.

Just a bit out of downtown, but very nice hotel, it did only take about ten minutes to get downtown

The room was immaculate, the bathroom and wash area was mold free, the shower was wonderful and the beds were to die for. If I we're to use another motel it would definitely be this chain.

The shower needs a latch to stop the door from swinging open and it could use a place to put your toiletries on while showering to have access to them. No other cons about this room.

Room was very comfy and very clean. Free breakfast was acceptable. Staff was excellent.

Although competitive with other motels the price was a little high. I had booked stays a week apart and 2nd week price was way higher(??). I will be going to Nashville frequently and this could be my go to place if a little cheaper.

Didn't eat the breakfast, so, can't speak to it. Close to the highway made it easy to pop in and out of downtown Nashville. Plenty of parking. Rooms were big, and water pressure and hot water were good which is always nice. Big roomy shower and comfortable bed.

The room and the common areas were clean and well maintained. The dining area for breakfast was a bit small but was still clean. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but I don't think we were there during peak travel season, so I understand that also. Overall, I was content with the facility and services for the cost.

My stay went well. I have no complaints to register.

The Breakfast was very limited on item's. Just waffles and cereal and muffins and bread. I only had breakfast one morning. But the room's was pretty clean.

The entrance to the hotel was kind of in a bad spot. And it's a non smoking hotel. But you could smell marijuana really bad in the hall.

We were towing a 24 ft trailer loaded with a car. There is only one entrance/exit to the property. The lot is L shaped so it was a bit difficult to pull in, turn around, and park. The staff allowed us to use the lot that had been blocked off and mark off extra spaces in front of our vehicle so we could get out. At one point we were blocked in and the gentlemen at the desk started calling guest rooms to find who had blocked us in to ask him to move to let us out. He didn’t have to do that. And housekeeping was great! Most places nowadays won’t clean or make the beds during your stay unless requested. Especially on the weekends. When we got back to our room, our bed was made and we had fresh towels. We definitely were not expecting that!

The beds were a little more firm than we like but that’s just a preference.
