No breakfast. There was a Keurig in the room and a small fridge. Loved all the little added perks like bottled water, snacks, notes explaining everything. Downstairs you could get coffee, tea, ice, water. There was also a microwave if needed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! I liked that you could easily control the temperature in your room; plus there was a Dyson fan. It was quiet, and I felt safe. In addition, the location was perfect for me.

I had problems with my TV, but I really didn't care because I wasn't there to watch TV. I did text the management about the TV, and if I had wanted, they would have sent someone to fix it.

Very clean! Modern and artsy. So darn cute.💕 Keurig coffee maker. Basket of local goodies. Air purifier. Keyless entry for building and room. Separate toilet and shower with their own doors. Photo Booth in lobby. Coffee/Tea station in lobby. We felt safe. Staff very communicative with messages and just a phone call away. They give a portion of their room charge to help the homeless.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

what a unique place! the building is so beautiful and colorful, and CLEAN! we were so surprised at the level of cleanliness & attention to detail. Sonos in the lobby, Dyson fans in the rooms. Beautifully decorated and bright. Tall ceilings and nice furniture, comfy bed and large bathroom. We are very happy we have found this gem and will be staying again for sure! Customer service was top notch and very easy to communicate with. 10/10!

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was super cute and great there was no check in at a desk! Free parking huge plus!! Also loved the complimentary snack basket! Bed and sheets were extremely comfortable! Everything was perfectly clean!

The toilet in 311 is extremely rickety. It moves and needs to be secured to the floor. Also we wish a bar of soap would have been included for the shower. The body wash was fantastic but wish a bar of soap was also included. Only other complaint was checkout time. It was early for average hotel check out. Im our experience, we have never had to check out before 11 and a lot of times 12.

Funky little hotel in East Nashville. It was in a great Neighborhood and not a far drive to Broadway. The Staff was super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Had some great bonuses like a Dyson hairdryer and fan. They also provided snacks and bottled water in room. There was a coffee/iced coffee maker in the lobby which was a nice touch. The best thing about this hotel is most of their proceeds go back to the Nashville community. We would definitely stay again. This is a hidden gem.

We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday in Nashville and stayed at The Gallatin. We rented the 8 bed room with multiple bathrooms. It was perfect!! Everything was perfect!!

we loved EVERYTHING!

I stayed at The Gallatin for a night while traveling for work. I love how comfortable my room felt and it was easily one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had! My room had blackout curtains, an awesome TV to input my own streaming accounts and a sound machine. I also loved how they give a portion of each stay back to the community! When traveling for work I typically stay in a regular hotel but The Gallatin was such a breath of fresh air. Very rememberable and would love to visit again!

Design was cool

No person on site to help not that we needed it but it’s an interesting concept. Also a 4 pm check in time is late if they could get it down to 2-3, that would be more ideal
