A great facility that needs better management. Room was very good. Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel was dirty. Ran out of breakfast one day 45 minutes before closing time. Housekeeping was poor in the room and even though we put out our card for cleaning it never got cleaned. The people are not friendly, don't know how to talk to their customers, and are very lazy. Tables at breakfast never get wiped but there are no cleaning clothes. Great facility which is poorly run. Young girl at front desk was too busy with her phone to help you calculate your bill for snacks.

It was quiet and comfy. The place did need or is undergoing some reno but overall had a very good stay. The lobby smelled great and staff was friendly. It was a plus that breakfast was included but if you don't want it, you have options nearby and downtown also wasn't super far. Room was also very spacious. We had a double queen and there was a ton of room.

The room did smell like cigarettes but wasnt overbearing for me. Drawers do need some cleaning and repair because they were broken but it was fine because we didnt need them for the stay. Not sure if it was from the previous occupant or if the smell is just stuck to the room. Probably can use a little more sprucing up but overall not bad at all.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Had no problem getting to the nissan stadium. Will definitely be back. As a single mom, feeling safe with my girls is the most important thing to me. I felt absolutely safe, and my oldest felt 100% safe. Mcdonalds is right there for a quick meal, and they serve an amazing breakfast.

alot of times there were trash in hallway in the morning. people doing drugs at stairwell, just acting suspicious. felt security measures were lacking and some how people were coming in without key cards.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everyone was very nice very clean. I slept so well whenever I come back to Nashville, I will make sure I stay at this property.

Breakfast was good.

There were only 2 things that could of been better.The air conditioner was not on in the room and it was very hot at first but then it cooled down and was great. The other was there was no fan in the bathroom. Everything else was great. Very clean and friendly people at the front desk.

Easy check in process. It was close to the city and airport. Very convenient to me.

When entered the room, it had a cigarette scent to the room. And the tiles in the restroom between the creeks. It was a bit dirty.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and neat Breakfast was good.

We got there and they informed us that the pool was closed. They did upgrade our room to a kitchenette and advised us that we could shorten our stay without penalties. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights and stayed 2. The bathroom floor was mopped with bleach as requested but it was in need of a good scrub brush cleaning.

The property was very nice and clean , the staff was nice. no complaints about the property. clean and had a good breakfast. I definitely would stay again!

the property isn’t in a good area of town .. it was a little scary, we arrived late at night , when we left out the next morning , it wasn’t bad though , but the parking lot was safe . no one from the outside or on the streets seemed to enter the parking lot … I DIDNT feel unsafe in the hotel.. don’t travel alone outside of the hotel boundaries , especially late at night…

The room was spacious. We like the sink in the bathroom instead of outside of it. Housekeeping always replaced our towels and took care of the bathroom garbage.

We didn't like that our garbage (in room) was only emptied once during our stay. We had to empty it the other days. We have no other complaints.
