Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville at Opryland

Easy access to The Grand Old Opry which is why we booked this hotel. We used the shuttle service ($10 return/person) to attend the The Grand Old Opry Christmas Show. Very convenient. Next day we used the shuttle service again to head downtown to experience Nashville in its finest. We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were a great size, suitably furnished, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but service was great, the room was clean and the food well stocked.

Easy access to get to the mall & the Gaylord as well as close to the main highway. The staff was very nice & answered any questions we had or concerns. The beds were very comfortable which is hard to find in accommodations not your own home.

The breakfast was sufficient but needed more option on meat such as bacon. They also had jelly but no bread or biscuits to make toast. This if not really a complaint because the stay was enjoyable & our connecting rooms were clean.

I would have appreciated a small area outside to sit and enjoy the weather. It was very warm during my stay, as I know it often is there, and an outside area to sit and enjoy the warmth and sunshine would have been appreciated

having only one elevator to reach upper floors was not a good thing. parking was a bit limited. also, final bill was a bit higher than my booking said it would be. this usually never happens!

Beautiful and clean. Great free breakfast! comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Excellent coffee. Would highly recommend. It is one mile from Opryland. There is a shuttle that runs from the hotel to downtown Nashville hourly for $10 round trip per person.

Nothing really this hotel was really good. I stayed here after canceling and leaving the hotel next-door. That was horrible and disgusting. I feel bad this hotel has to be next to it.

The staff was great! I loved the pool and my kiddo loved the room. Everything was provided without having to ask and the breakfast staff is wonderful and very friendly!!! Very good breakfast! We enjoyed it very much.

The mildew smell that was present at times.

All of it! It was a very pleasant stay. The bed was amazing. We were able to REST! The workout room is was clean and enjoyable to use during our exercise regimen. Breakfast was great!

Before checkout, the cleaning associate unlocked our door and was coming in to clean. We were shocked and told him we had until 12 noon to checkout .

Pool was closed for maintenance, Which was the only reason we chose this hotel over another one. We were really looking forward to our youngest son getting some energy out in the pool before loading back up in the car

I was charged about $30 more then what I was quoted on booking.com. when I asked the guy at the counter said he wasn’t sure, he had to charge what the rate was.
