The breakfast was excellent with many choices from hot fresh cooked scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, fruit, cereals, coffee, milk, or orange juice. The lady working in that area was very nice, friendly, & helpful. Top rate.

My only issue was the auto drain feature of the tub wouldn't stay open during my shower so tub got full by the end but no overflowing. I reported to front desk & they were to have maintenance fix it. Everything else was great. Very clean, quiet, large room with sitting area, etc. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Friendly staff (cannot stress that enough!), rooms spacious and clean, beds comfortable, great free breakfast offering hot and cold options, amazing water pressure in shower, many options to plug in electronics (several USB ports and outlets), came in every day to clean and bring clean towels, soap, and make-up remover towelette.

Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner containers were either empty or didn't last our stay. The AC was set on a sensor which was fine, but it would kick off in the middle of the night, get hot and then we would need to stand up and walk around or wave arms for it to kick back on and then cool the room back off.

The location was great, it was an easy drive to most places in Nashville and felt safe. I was comfortable to leave my car in the lot without worrying about it being broken into. the staff were all really kind and helpful. Breakfast was basic but overall good. the room was overall clean and comfortable.

The hotel felt a little run down in places, there were cracks and where it looks like it has been leaking in the bathroom ceiling. there were two beds in my room and one of them was a little too soft for my liking and one of them was rock hard. the walls are really thin and I could hear my neighbors and the people in the hallway really clearly. There were a few times where I thought someone was coming into my room because when the neighbors opened their door it was so clear that it sounded like it was mine. overall it wasn't too bad but it did take me forever to fall asleep at night because of this. The Wifi was also super spotty, I work remotely and it definitely slowed me down. I had issues streaming shows and flipping through social media as well.

The room was awesome! But it was dirty under the couch where someone left wrappers, the shower leaked onto the floor because it's not caulked properly, the night desk staff Hates his job and it shows. The housekeepers are so very nice. The area was great and close to everything we wanted

We were happy to have a shuttle to downtown available. Not far from Opry Mills. The location would have been better if the hotel had a restaurant for evening dining. None of the hotels in the immediate area had a restaurant. With no vehicle, we were limited to 2 restaurants within walking distance.. one which we did not eat at based on a recommendation shared with us not to eat there. The breakfast was fine except that the hot food was the same each day. With a lengthy hotel stay, after awhile it became uninteresting.

It is the 2nd time stayed here and the staff were friendly & courteous. The breakfast bar was good and liked the variety of the items & cleanliness of the breakfast area. Room was clean, only thing was when we first went into room, usually there is a paper across the toilet seat showing it had been cleaned and not used. Will always stay here when coming to Nashville.

Like I said above, would help to know the toilet was clean & not used with having a paper cover across the seat. It would be nice if you eventually had a eat in resturant since you do offer room service. We thought the price was a little high for the 2 nights when there wasn't a major event taking place.

It was a business trip. I did not stay in the hotel much (just to sleep). Breakfast was nice. The room was very clean with plenty of power outlets. Wi-Fi speed was convenient. I did not try the Business Center, but I saw it and it seems fine. Also, it is about 20min to the downtown, with easy access to gas/grocery/etc.

I like fresh air, so I prefer having windows that you can open. I struggled with my room's window and could not open it. But honestly, I did not check it with the reception.

The room and the air was clean. The continental breakfast was more like they used to be. The location was convenient to some things and easy to get to. The housekeeping staff was good and brought new towels every day and kept the dining area clean and stocked at breakfast.

The front desk staff was nice but not engaging regarding our travels. The first hair dryer blew cold air, the second quit working after a few minutes, the third was brand new and worked. The elevator needed repair during our stay too. Fortunately the staff handled these issues well.

The hotel and our room were clean, and even smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was well appointed with a microwave, mini fridge , ironing board and iron, hairdryer. The tv was a good size and had many channels. The breakfast was even better than expected, with a wide variety of items. Housekeeping came in the two mornings we were out and made the bed and cleaned the room. My husband and I would recommend this Best Western to travelers to Nashville. Reasonably priced. The location was great as we did attend a Grand Ole Opry performance and it was a 5 minute drive away. A huge shopping mall is right next to the Grand Ole Opry.

Location to the Convention center is fantastic! Only about a mile away.

The hotel offers no shuttles to the Convention center or airport! Very disappointing...it's about $9/per Uber trip each way back and forth every time you need to take the one mile trip to the Convention center if you're there for business and going back and forth several times daily for several days, that adds up! Also about a $15 Uber trip each way to the airport. **Beds are very uncomfortable, would be my only complaint about my stay/room** When you've been on your feet all day walking/ standing, a quality mattress would be very helpful!
