The location was perfect. It was away from all the crowds, but also within 2 miles, so the shuttle would take you anywhere you wanted and just ran off tips. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, and a Dollar General within a block from the hotel so if you forgot anything or wanted snacks, you could just run there. 

Honestly, really loved everything about the property but if I had to pick something it would be that there was no fan in the bathroom. The only other thing I would say is parking on site at the hotel is $36 a night and I may have missed that when I was reviewing the property so this is just a heads up. It was money well spent, it’s very hard to find parking anywhere in downtown and quite pricey.

Nice location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just opposite Vanderbilt University, approximately 15-20 minutes away on foot from Downtown and the bars on Broadway. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from Downtown so walking is not even necessary. A convenience store and a couple eateries all within walking distance. The room was very well equipped with a full kitchen, the bed was super comfortable, with a great bathroom and a nice sofa in the living room. Nice smoking patio outside the entrance with canopies attached to the lobby bar inside. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. All in all a great place to stay, good value for money, I would recommend it to other visitors!

Breakfast could have a larger selection of hot and cold meals, also what I have tasted did not appear to be very fresh. No cold cuts or vegetables were offered, either. I am not a very picky eater, but I expected more of the otherwise awesome property.

BreakFast always amazing Room always clean Staff always super friendly I am definitely going to miss each and every one of yall on staff. I have enjoyed meeting everyone and talking to each and every staff member from cleanin to bar tender to kitchen, maintenance, front desk to management. You all have made me fell welcomed and took the time to conversate. This is my personality and I want you to know I notice how hard yall work. I will miss yall as I am moving out of state. If the pool was heated that would be awsome to use year round...

location was amazing! having a pool was so nice also! quick lyft to downtown if need be-but everything you need is close by (: the front desk staff was AMAZING. especially the overnight girls! such a lovely experience with amazing, welcoming people!

when the staff would turn our rooms they threw our belongings on the ground everywhere, didnt restock any toilet paper. just seemed like an unfinished job and we had to ask for toilet paper at the front desk twice.

The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was quite impressive. So much better than dry cereal and stale Danish. The staff was very helpful and always smiling. I never once felt like I was bothering them. It was great to have the shuttle to take you to Broadway. So much fun

The TV did not work, but we weren't in the room for very long except to sleep. The safe did not work. You could only lock it with 7777, which was mot going to happen. I mentioned it to the staff upon checkout.

We asked for a recommendation of a place to taste whiskey and have some good food and the recommendation from the gal at the desk was absolutely perfect for us--bonus it was around the corner so we didn't have to shuttle or Uber. Also, the breakfast had everything we could want and even though we came toward the very end, they left it up and even had recently refilled the eggs so they were delicious and fluffy. Very nice room, bathroom and public spaces.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great for us.

The breakfast was great. Our shuttle drivers were quick to answer our calls, and give a good estimate of time to be picked up. We used Jay most of our trip and was very dependable and friendly. Our bartender Callen was friendly and easy to talk to. The front desk was also helpful.

Maybe have a shuttle available 7 days a week. And offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

Good location, good breakfast, excellent experiences with staff. The housekeeping staff was overworked due to full house (Swift concert) but remained polite -hope they got paid well for working so hard!

Rooms weren’t ready at check in time. While realize that was due to full capacity of hotel, additional staff should have been hired to accommodate, considering how much the rooms cost. Also, the faucet handle in room was broken, as well as toilet paper roll hanger. Seems like shoddy workmanship for a luxury hotel.

When calling to first make reservations thru you the person on the other end didn’t know what he was doing and locked my debit card. Has to go to bank to have it unlocked. Called booking.com and got a better rate than y’all quoted and this person spoke English - the home grown kind. What I liked was when I called the hotel directly to check my reservation and tell them when I would be there the staff was fantastic. I am going to call them directly from now on and bypass your reservation number.

No handicapped equipped rooms! I was going in for chemo at St Thomas Midtown and I have mobility issues. I love your place so much my caregiver ( my wonderful hubby) took care of my needs. I prefer being independent. The shower was wonderful it was the toilet that was the issue!

Because I was staying so long (7 nights) I got a complementary upgrade which was a big win. The hotel is close to some basics stores and a few nice restaurants. There is always a Lime scooter nearby to get you around the city.

The washer and dryer room is very dated and the machine was full of hair and smelt like stagnant water
