I liked that it provided enough space for a family of four to feel comfortable. After a long day, we were each able to find a nice spot to relax. It was as if we were at home. Also, it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very responsive and professional. When I asked for towels and mentioned an issue with the shower curtain, we had clean towels and a new shower curtain within the hour. Lastly, when we were locked out on the last day through miscommunication with the app, a staff member was able to make arrangements to let us back in to get the rest of our items.

There were things that were dirty. The first thing we noticed was a strong smell coming out of the bathroom from a dirty shower curtain. One of the bedrooms had a very dirty rug on the floor. It would have been better to have no rug at all. The parking was very limited. On the last day, we had to park across the street and haul all our belongings to pack the car. The baseboards were dusty.

The apartment was perfect! There were two huge king beds and a spacious living room. There’s a Dunkin right across the street and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. A very short drive to downtown. The university and a great park is nearby for sightseeing or a scenic walk. We requested more towels and received them at our door a few hours later. Would definitely stay here again.

The sofa bed doesn’t come with a comforter and it was very cold but the beds easily sleep 3 each so it wasn’t a huge deal. Everything else was great.

Lovely light and spacious apartment with modern decor in a good location. Very comfortable bed. Easy access with door codes. Very clean.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor which was fine for us but may not be for future visitors. It would be useful if it was made clear there are steps up to the apartment building and 3 flights of stairs. The wifi didn't work on one of our mobiles in the master bedroom. I was expecting a washer/drier in the kitchen of an apartment but there wasn't one of these. We had to leave early because a close relative back in the UK was seriously ill in hospital. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund in the difficult circumstances. We couldn't enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked because we were worried about our sick parent and trying to bring our flights forward.

Well equipped , clean and spacious two bedroom flat on second floor. Small building and access via codes was easily gained. Good location once construction next door is complete. Photos on booking.com was accurate.

Parking is not immediately available but it worked alright for us. Need to park in street. Construction site next door so noise for next couple of months might effect some people as they start drilling early. As building is old you can hear people walking above you in another flat but again did not affect us.

I booked this place for our staycation to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary and it was perfect. To be honest, better than most hotels. Everything about the apartment was exceptional-location, cleanliness, amenities, toiletries, etc. Thank you for helping us enjoy our staycation in absolute comfort!

A couple things to improve on: Internet download speed was slow, and the coffee pot was unusable (water does not flow freely out of brew basket). Also note somewhere in the listing that this property is not handicap accessible. Only stairs, no elevators. This was not a deal breaker for us, but others might like to know.

Nice choices of restaurants within easy walking. We had a wonderful Uber driver to Grand Ole Opry.

Parking concerned but when we arrived, we parked for free on the street in front of the building. Didn't move the car until we left. The front door didn't close & lock smoothly so found it unlocked several times.

we loved the location. easy to get to and from downtown in Ubers. very spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment .

the dishwasher was broken and leaked all over the floor. also the day of checkout the cleaning lady came to knock on door at 1030 when checkout is 11. she stayed outside the door until 11 talking in her phone just hovering over us until we left. we thought that was rude.

the apartment is CUTE, CLEAN and close to Vanderbilt, restaurants and all of what makes you feel like you’re apart of the real city of Nashville. It’s not walking distance to Broadway, if that’s what you want, but it’s a cheap Uber ride to get there. I am a doctoral student at Vanderbilt and was looking for something close to campus that wasn’t a hotel and this place checked al of my boxes. I will stay here again.

The only thing that may be an issue for some is the apartment is on the first floor so you hear everything… traffic, people but it wasn’t an issue for me personally.

My friend and I loved our stay here! We booked last minute because of a change of plans and the staff was incredibly responsive and kind. I was even able to just text them for an extension of our stay. The location was great, just a short Uber drive from a lot of the major attractions in Nashville. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and stocked with all the amenities we could need. We felt safe because it was in a good area and people couldn’t get in unless they had the codes. I am so glad booking.com introduced me to Sonder because I will definitely be seeking them out next time I travel! 10/10 would recommend!
