Breakfast was great! Only recommendation would be to add an additional waffle station! Roger, at the front dest, was super personable, friendly and helpful! He provided great information about the area and recommended The Local for GREAT food, drinks and live music!!! Definitely give this spot and the nachos a try! The live music on Sunday night was amazing...and they took requests for crowd favorites! The room was super clean and comfortable and we loved the body wash, shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the beautiful (and roomy) shower! Safe and convenient parking garage!!

Easily the best hotel experience we have had in a long while. As always, the people make the difference and this experience was no different. The location is sketchy on the outside; however, the security is excellent, with a secure parking garage and room key access to the building and elevator.

Actually, nothing as far as the property itself and the accommodations. As with all urban areas these days, the surroundings leave much to be desired but that is, in no way, a reflection of the property. Bottom line, we felt safe once in the secure garage and definitely inside the building.

it was a great location and easy access to everything. no question was a good fit for anyone who wants to see downtown Nashville.

parking, there was nothing in the listing that said parking was an additional $15 a night. then after I paid the additional money they never closed the gate to the garage so why did I pay for parking.

The hotel was easy to find. We were thrilled to see a couple of dining options right across the street from it, which is great when you’ve been traveling all day- just a minute walk from the hotel. There are also other options around the corner, within a few minutes walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The room had a few worn areas- a broken bedside lamp. The shower had a gap that caused water to leak on the floor. Neither of these would keep us from visiting again.

Our first time to Nashville and I am so happy we chose this Hotel . The location was great , not too close to crazy downtown, but a short Uber ride. The staff was great, our room was clean and very comfortable . We had a nice breakfast every morning, then relaxed by the pool and off to sightseeing. We rode our motorcycle from New Jersey and they let us park our bike in covered garage under camera with easy access. Loved that! we found a great neighborhood bar , with excellent bar food with great music and good prices ! It’s called “The Local”! It’s a must stop ! The Bartender is also great ! Back to the Hotel. They offer cold bottle water in the lobby free all 24/7., along with coffee, tea and a citrus water in the common area . We were also in walking distance to a beautiful park, with a Greek Monument. To that end, you can go wrong here and you enjoy your stay . I will end this with a heads up on transportation. Be aware that if you plan on Uber-ing to downtown, they rip people off . The ride there is $12ish then it becomes $65 . We walked many city blocks , before we could even get a Uber . The Uber drivers there are shutting down their Uber Driver and going in their own increasing prices with out Ubers permission. So be careful and get out by 8. or it’s going to cost you . Paying for parking. But it felt good being able to park in a secure garage.

I stayed for a week as I am a new travel nurse at Vanderbilt. I had to keep extending because my apartment was not ready yet to move in. The location was perfect in relation to the hospital. The lobby was very clean and comfortable. I used the gym, it was also clean and comfortable. The parking was easy, well priced, and very convenient. I enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee, which I took advantage of each day. The best part was the two front desk employees. One was a woman with bleach blonde braids and the other was a young gentleman with curly hair. They made you feel so special and like you were coming home each time they greeted you. I’ve been to many hotels, but this was by far the best service from two front desk employees I’ve ever had. Staying in a hotel can feel very lonely, but they made you feel like family.

My room was comfortable however, I had issues with my room being too cold or too hot. Also, there was hair left in my shower from the previous resident. The worst part of the experience was the breakfast. It was actually scary. The eggs did not feel or taste real. The meat looked heavily processed. The avocado was hard. The hard boiled eggs were over cooked. The only item that was palatable was the cereal. Even the English muffins were a little tough. This could be very much improved on. It’s nice that it’s offered, but to me it was very unappetizing.

Great location and amenities. We loved that it was right next to Centennial park, so we were able to walk over and visit the Parthenon. They had a continental breakfast with hot food options that were pretty standard. The free WiFi worked great; my husband was able to use it for work video meetings. Parking rates seemed reasonable, and they have free bottled water for guests to boot!

Our late checkout was not communicated to housekeeping, so they knocked on our door well before our checkout which woke up our baby who was napping... Parents.. you know what that's like...

I loved how you needed a room key to get to the guest floors and the breakfast the granola was so good and the free water the people who greeted us at the front desk were so kind I loved the little coffee bar thing with all the syrups

Not really a complaint but the room seemed a bit hot and we set the thermostat but it still felt hot it could have just been us tho 👋🏻😂

Pool is 3 ft deep. Essentially, it is a large jacuzzi with not all of the jets working. Staff member poured in some white powder in the morning and about 30 minutes later when we came back the pool was muddy and when the jets turned on the white powder started flying in the air.
