Great location as it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway, but in a very quiet area. Very friendly staff and very, very clean hotel. Good breakfast, good sized room with kitchenette and nice bathroom and decor. Rooftop bar and restaurant, Zeppelin is fun and serves creative drinks. Also has good gym. Rooms seem to be pretty soundproof too. Would stay here next time to Nashville.

Our "city view" room wasn't really that great a view but we didn't ask for a change so as to not waste any time.

The property was very nice and the rooms were very large. The bed was comfortable. It has a nice little cafe attached to the lobby. The breakfast was really good! One of the best omelets I’ve had.

You have to pay to park. A trend I’ve noticed among most hotels is the inability to park you own car and only having the option to valet and be charged a nightly fee. That’s the case for this hotel. There is a parking lot beside the hotel that you can self park. It doesn’t cost much less than the valet and doesn’t look as safe. The second thing I had an issue with is during checkout I was told I owed $4 more dollars for my stay. Which I mean $4 is nothing but she couldn’t tell me what the charge was for and only said “that’s what you owe for your stay.” So do that not honor the price on Booking? It was very odd but overall great hotel.

The team was extremely personable and attentive. The facilities and room were very clean. This was an exceptionally convenient location close to restaurants and the Municipal Auditorium.

My vehicle is a manual no one on the valet staff were able to drive a stick so I had to park and retrieve me own vehicle. I really didn’t mind handling my own car but I was still charged the $38 valet fee. I don’t feel as though I should’ve been charged this fee just to use the parking lot. Also, the Moonshot coffee bar attached to the hotel is a little overpriced for the product and service but I don’t know if they are affiliated with the hotel or independent. Either way, I won’t be deterred from booking again for either points.

The staff was awesome, room was clean and bed was so comfortable. They were so gracious to allow us early check in since our flight was so early. The location was perfect. It was not too close to the hustle of Broadway but close enough where uber were only a few bucks. Breakfast was great too.

Wish there was a shuttle to some local places. Also no room service from the restaurant which we would've enjoyed. The coffee shop was dissapointung. No one ever answered the phone and we couldn't order ahead on the app because it keep crashing.

The facilities were great. Modern and comfortable.

Upon check in we had to almost argue to get our room cleaned. They suggested only twice and we were there for a week. We settled on every second day but only cleaned it twice. We had to use dirty towels. This hotel cost us a small fortune. $4300 Canadian for 6 nights! At that price they should have cleaned the room 5 times a day. This hotel anywhere in Canada is max 200 per night.

It was a great facility and the staff was amazing, it was comfortable and clean, they had a good selection for the breakfast and it was very convenient to everything, we were able to get to Broadway within a 10 minute walk.

The only thing I didn't care for was you are forced to use the valet parking if you want to utilize the hotel parking area and forced to pay $38.00 for the valet parking. This small detail should be disclosed to patrons.

This hotel was in a great location. A little less than a walk from all the great places in downtown Nashville. Close enough to see things but far enough to not have all the noise of downtown areas. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was a tad bit warm for our liking and I noticed a stain on the side of the sheet but besides those things we had a wonderful stay and would go back. We have already recommended for friends visiting soon.

The room was a tad bit warm. You could only put it to 65 which seems cool but not for that room. And we found a stain on the side of the sheet. Even if it was clean that makes it feel dirty. Those were the only two complaints.

location was great. the staff was absolutely wonderful. the room and lobby were very clean and very nice.

the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were completely flat, all of them. they definitely need new mattresses and new pillows. I couldn’t sleep at all. which is unfortunate because that’s 1 of only 2 things a hotel needs to have. clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The included breakfast was good, tasty with many food options. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel as a whole was very clean.

I understand your downtown but to me the cost to park car was excessive. You are already paying a good price for a room then add roughly 40 bucks a day to have car parked outside in a lot. That is why I tend to choose hotels with parking included, even if they are a little out of the area.

Excellent room and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and kitchen so that was great. We loved the location. a ten minute walk to Broadway and a short walk north to Germantown. Allowed us to explore both areas by walking, perfect location.

Nothing it was an excellent place
