The location and layout for a big group is absolutely phenomenal. The rooms and the beds are big and having so many bathrooms for 8 women worked out beautifully. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of pillows! The roof top patio was great for hanging out and morning coffee!

We stayed in the 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom condo. This property was awesome but the one negative was that it needs a good cleaning in the bathrooms and common areas. The bathroom floors and the shower floors need to be mopped and thoroughly scrubbed. They need to add wash clothes to the condo as we only had one so we bought some bathroom scrunchies, not a big deal but just a suggestion. Also for any kind of delivery service such as Shipt, Door Dash or Grubhub I recommend that you make sure to communicate with drivers as our orders were left in random places. Our groceries were left around the block and half of them were stolen before we could find them. With that being said this property was still an awesome stay.

I felt the location in greektown. The accessibility to restaurants activities very close. Being able to go to a grocery store cooking on-site, having all of the resources needed if you wanted to just hang out in your apartment or have food delivered. Getting anywhere else you want to go see it was a nice location.

The difficulty Of other clients looking For their room apartment, because of the address 1210 was also an apartment address as well as the street address. Each day we had people in the morning and people in the evening trying to check into the room.

I like the location near bars and restaurants and close to freeway. The furnishings were modern and new.

The street, hallway and top floor noise was loud. You can hear what is going on in each room as if there is no insulation between rooms and the barn doors do not offer privacy for the second room. Caulking around shower is pink and the water from shower got onto bathroom floor easily due to no shower door. Shampoo holders fell apart at the screw and one container top was already broken off. The kitchen drawers are a "soft close" but the toilet seats are not. At first blush it seemed all was good but at each passing day the flaws became evident.

Location and the size of unit

We stayed in unit 112. At first glance it looks clean but not really. The shower floors in the bathrooms are all dirty. Not enough shower gel good thing i brought my own. there is only towels not small towels available. The exhaust fan in the bathroom on the second floor is almost falling down. A lot of scuff marks on the stairs and walls.

Great design over 3 levels with everything we needed. Location was handy for downtown; just short Uber ride to Broadway. Comfortable bed.

It could have been a bit cleaner. But just picky cleaner - dust on tops of picture frames and on floor skirting. Otherwise, it was great!

Sonder Hideaway was a great accommodation for the number of people we had in our party

On several occasions we had difficulty with the door lock. It would not open. We also felt the floors and carpets could be a little cleaner. Living room carpet is badly stained.

Very nice and modern condo! Would recommend and stay again but would certainly want to know about parking.

Top bedrooms were warm as there was not a separate thermostat for that floor. Parking for vehicle and trailer nearly impossible so had to pay separate parking.

This is located near food and drink. Very nearby is an excellent breakfast restaurant. It’s a short Uber drive to downtown. The apartment was lovely and clean. We had a great balcony with our unit. Parking was great and not difficult to find. All in all, we had a great time!

We enjoyed the roomy townhouse, the price and the location. Being able to interact with the local people was also a bonus.

We never saw any staff. Online it said a concierge would be available to us but that wasn’t the case.

First night was great, but the second night there was a lot of noise coming from the bar beside the pizza shop. It was hard to get any sleep. Everything else was good. It would be nice to have a television in the bedrooms.
