Comfort Inn & Suites Airport-American Way Memphis

Room smelled very clean. Bed was super comfy. Staff were friendly. Sheets looked new. Quiet rooms. Lobby was comfortable. Room stayed cold. Good supply of hot water in bathroom. Felt safe staying there alone. Front desk held my bag while I went to mall after check out. Breakfast looked good.

Breakfast ends at 9, was written on my card it ends at 10. Dresser was broken. No places to walk to get food around.

It was a great breakfast. We enjoyed the cheese omelet and sausage. We also split the apple flavored waffle. The coffee and juice we also excellent. it was all served hot. It was one of the better breakfast we have had while traveling this year. The hostess kept the food in stock.

I Loved That It Was Quite It Was Clean Then I Thought It Was Gone Be Which I Really Liked And They Was So Helpful At The Front Door I Didn’t Get Up To Get Breakfast But I Heard It Was Good I Had No Problem It Was So Nice We Stayed A Extra Day

Was really okay with the room, it had touch up paint that didn’t match. But the comfort of the room was on point, bed was very comfortable loved the hot tub. The staff was excellent I asked the staff for towels ever morning and had no problem getting them. The location wasn’t all that great but as far as things been around it was great.

I think the property on the outside need to be updated. Especially coming in through the gate where the concrete has a hold there.

The bed, I sleep better at this location and in the bed in our room better than I have ever slept in a Hotel before!!

There was an advertisement for a continental breakfast but there wasn't really breakfast................oj and coffee is all we saw maybe danish rolls but no real breakfast!!

Staff was not friendly, no breakfast and that was suppose to be included in my pricing but yet the pricing was not reduced, location is in a bad area, oh and the pillows suck too soft. It took forever too check out !! The woman at the front desk has a room here and it took forever for her to come to check us out !!! 👎 For the price I paid

There was no breakfast,which is fine considering the Covid,but coffee was available and I was fine with that.The staff were nice,gave me and my family clean towels and sheets.The location was excellent,I was only 15 minutes where I was visiting.

Breakfast could have been better. Linen is not easily accessible because I did not like having to go downstairs to inform them I needed towels.

The night clerk when I was trying to check out was asleep. He was sleeping so hard I threw an ink pen at him and hit him and he still didnt wake up. I called the hotel to wake me up.

I liked the room the bed was very comfortable. The shower keep hot water.

No breakfast available not even Continental breakfast and I only had 1 wash towel for 2 people.
