It was very impressive! We were amazed with the way it was set up & how nice the rooms were! We were happy to find such a nice hotel 10 minutes away from the concert we went to & it was in a great location! I forgot to get photos, but I'll definitely do it next time!

We wish we could have had a queen/king-sized bed for a couple, but that's just a small thing. We didn't get to stay long enough to know how it was to get to attractions or popular places, but that is on us & work. We also forgot to mention (and that is ENTIRELY on us, not the hotel) that the A/C made funny noises & constantly clicked on & off. Sometimes repeatedly & we had to turn it off (room 201). I'm sure it's an easy fix, but we were not there long & passed out we got back after the concert.

It was very beautiful place you have to see to appreciate.

We had to go and ask for toliet paper at the front desk bc we didn’t have any in our room and we only stayed one night, and the ice machine on our floor did not work, when we went down to buy out of the store there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to pay for it so we had to make multiple trips to catch someone behind the desk, and our phone in the room kept ringing even thou no one had our number. these were multiple discomforts for the price of the to me.

First of all the room was much bigger and better than expected. It had a small "living room" with a chair couch, table, sink, frig, microwave and TV. The bedroom had two queen beds, a luggage rack, dresser, TV and desk. The location was quiet but close to some restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. We were there for Beale Street Music Festival and there was a shuttle that picked us up in the parking lot next store. Extremely convenient.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and I would prefer a walk-in shower but that shouldn't be a deal killer because the shower was nice. And it was clean and the towels etc were great (not thin like some motels).

The restaurant breakfast buffet and service were good. Great location for the University of Memphis and surrounding Memphis area attractions.

The professionalism and service of the faulty was great!!! ESPECIALLY The black lady that works at the bar she is such a joy, she connected well with my colleagues and I, and was well rewarded for her excellent service ❤️

My credit card was charged three times, and I was frustrated. Imagine if I had ordered dinner, my card would have declined. Not sure why, this happened but the manager of the hotel said that the system was down. So Disappointing

Melvia was Super friendly at check-in! She was able to answer some questions about my 3rd party reservation and then accommodate my request for a change.

Smelling pot multiple times in the evening and morning in the east entrance foyer, presumably from the laundry room. Also, my wife and I skipped breakfast due to the price.

Staff was outstanding. Had leak from rainstorm and was moved to another room. Didn't have soap in other room was my only issue. Also no hair dryer in 2nd room. But overall a great stay..

Again didn't have soap and hair dryer in 2nd room we were moved too.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

No fan in the bathroom and can see some mildew on the ceiling. No cups and very little coffee to go with the coffee maker. At check-in the person behind the desk was rude....on her phone when we approached and was bothered by us interrupting her conversation. The restaurant was closed after breakfast the entire time we were there so no where to go in the evening.

The staff were over the top amazing and concerned about every guest there. Mercedes was incredible and truly loves her job and values each and every guest. She is so outgoing and kind. She wished everyone who walked through the door a good night.
