The room was spacious and clean, cleaned regularly and the staff were friendly.

A kettle for tea would have been great rather than the drip feed coffee filter option. Real bowls and plates rather than paper at breakfast. More variety of bread/bakery and fruit. Couldn’t check in as my credit card blocked and had to wait for the UK to wake to get it sorted. Wouldn’t give me a room until payment had cleared even though I was staying with them for 6 days. I’d travelled for 27 hours and couldn’t do anything for three more hours.

I loved the fact floors did not have carpet. That is hands down the greatest turn-off when getting a room. They are never clean and when the floor has carpet it is always nasty the vinyl floors were the best.

the breakfast was a bit bland and there was no meat on the menu for breakfast. everything else was fine. the television was a bit difficult to change channel and the windows need the hard water stains removed

They were doing renovations and we were in a nice updated room on the 2nd floor Nice Lobby very nice , hot breakfast Spacious king room Clean Clean Clean Bathroom was a little tiny , but the cleanest bathroom I have ever been in at a hotel Toiletries were nice too Bed was so comfortable! Staff was so friendly Has security Small Pool area looked nice but was closed of course for October In a nice location off the highway there was so noise from that , but not too bad Would stay again ! Price was great for the value! Again super clean and comfy

Elevator was a bit hot inside and sounded like it was having some issues ..maybe it needed some maintenance/renovations too I wish the curtain thing was a bit longer, I like it very dark and a little too much light for me was peeking through..

It was close to Mall and shopping but a little too close to the bussell of high traffic.

The price quoted in the app was $25 less than what I was charged. It said $122 but when I researced it said $145. Hum thats not cool. Also wasnt happy about the dip in the floor under the veneer wood paneling (like they were covering a whole in the floor or a drain). It was pretty obvious that it was the case.

Our floor was dirty We were on first floor and could hear guests above us walking around Shower curtain not correct fit and floor wet( that was how we found it was so dirty, used bathmat to clean up water and could see foot prints of dirt

it was conveniently located to the highway and affordable. The rooms were newly renovated and the hotel seemed very clean.

There were a couple of places (including the elevator and elevator hallway) that did not seem to be air conditioned. It made getting to the room a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioner in our room was set rather high when we got in and the room was pretty humid. Once we turned the AC down a bit and air started circulating it was fine!

Location was good and the facility was also good I would stay here again. Also the price was great and I would recommend staying here. I didn't eat breakfast so I can say anything about that. But we really enjoyed our stay...

I was in room 224 and the door going out for the stairs slammed loudly every time it was open. That could be fixed

The breakfast was good , more meat selections for people who eat meat . The staff was nice , I would definitely go back .

Complementary snacks they give out need to be fresh . Ice machine needs to be cleaned and air in the elevator. Hallway carpet needs to be shampooed. Pool needs be cleaned

They are remodeling and the upgrades appear very nice! King room remodededl and big ,modern updates.

Construction going on but not very bad. Also they don't get a pop up when a person makes reservations though Booking. I was charged twice because they didn't know I paid booking for the room. They refunded me and explained they don't get a pop-up on the reservation from Booking.com

Very nice lobby and rooms. staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. It seems there have been recent upgrades, and they are very nice. I love the fact that the rooms are hard floor and not carpeted.

Upset that a $100 deposit is required at check in, but when I checked out was told my $100 would take 5-7 days to get back.
