It’s a nice place. The staff is so nice. Especially the evening front desk girl. Oh she was so helpful and very nice.

It’s a nice hotel. But the bathroom in the room wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair in the sink and on the wall. The inside of the bathroom door, yuck! It was gross. You could just see the dirt. Made you not want to touch the door but you had to. The other issue was the person who kept pulling the fire alarm at 1am. We had babies that were up all night crying cause of it.

It was cold out side and the hotel was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool area was very warm and fun. The beds were very comfortable (2 queen and 1 sofa couch) fit our family of 5 easily. We enjoyed being on the 5th floor the kids liked looking out the window on the town. On the last day of our stay we misplaced my sons jacket and the receptionist found it in her office! I was so happy. She was so polite! Great place to stay for your money. Around lots of restaurants and places for shopping!

At first I was not so happy to see the dining area being remodeled as we arrived but was assured it would be cleaned up before the next morning. It was picked up as promised. The pool area was out of towels. My husband went upstairs to grab towels out of our room to use. 3 kids and 2 adults towels were definitely needed. When I got back up to the room I called down stairs for towels and they didn't answer. I had to go down stairs to get some which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our family. Housekeeping came every day to check if we needed our room needed cleaning and offered new towels, toiletries, and coffee. The staff was very pleasant.

Breakfast is basic and could be better, but it's still a nice place to stay.

Nice, big rooms with kitchen and lots of storage space. Great waffles! Good coffee.

Kids were looking forward to use the pool, but they got kicked out at 9 pm (after 20 minutes of swimming, husband was present as an adult) instead of 11 pm as noted in the guest info. There was no body wash and conditioner in our bathroom; the daughter had to go to reception to pick some up. I was also surprised that no body lotion was not supplied, considering this being a better hotel. The blankets were way too small to cover 2 people.

I liked how convenient it was to get to and from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a full spread. The staff tried to stay on top of filling up and making sure that everything was available for all ofnus guest staying at the hotel.

They do charge an extra $25, unnoted, in case something happens to the room while staying at the hotel. They have informed us that it will be placed back on the card if everything checks out ok. However, I would like to know upfront of any extra cost, even if it's only a pending charge.

Good room, good staff, clean everything. I would stay there again, the breakfast was just ok not much more to say about that part. The staff was excellent if you needed something. I will say they put a $50 incident charge on your room and our room had a really torn up shade that I took a picture of and went to the front desk to have them notate the existing damage. How they missed that is beyond me.

The room had nice amenities and was clean. The indoor pool was great for our toddler son. Staff were mostly attentive.

Although the continental breakfast was mostly delicious, the staff struggled maintaining the food supply. Also we were not informed cleaning services needed a 24 hour notice until we requested it.

The breakfast was basically frozen tv dinners and do it yourself waffles... but it could've been worse, (just cereal) lol. I love that they offered turkey sausage verses only pork. That was a big plus! Coffee and juice selections were plentiful!

The only issue I had was one of our ac/heating wasn't functional in the front area of our room. It was nice and warm in the bedroom of the suite, but since the other thermostat wasn't working, we froze soon we walked out into the front area.

The location is excellent! It is right off the highway and surrounded by restaurants. The agent at the desk was very pleasant. They have visible COVID-19 protocols in place specifically at the breakfast bar by having an employee prepare/serve instead of various guests handling food items. The rooms are spacious and smelled freshly cleaned. The room decor/colors are pleasing and blackout shade on the window was a plus! Linens, towels and toiletries fresh and plentiful.

One small thing…the bathroom sink had a hair and the corners/caulk were not scrubbed clean.

I will definitely stay here again! It was quiet, clean and friendly. Most of all, loved the quiet and the cleanliness. That is very hard to find in the Memphis area I have found.

A little more variety at breakfast would be nice but it was very similar to every other hotels’ offering since the Covid changes.
