Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Memphis-Wolfchase Galleria, an IHG Hotel

We LOVED the location, and the hot tub was very nice, as well as the indoor pool area. Very large pool and spacious hot tub. They also had a very good selection of breakfast food. We got a king suite and it was perfect ! The living room was very spacious as well as the bathroom and bedroom. I liked how the bedroom closed off from the rest of the suite. They also had a bar in the room and a pull out table and chairs. 10/10 for the room itself !

The second night we were there, we found some ants in the living room area. One of our children also saw a bug by the vending machines. That is the only reason I gave a 8/10.

First room we were given was ok. My husband and I both took showers and after my husband was done we noticed water on the floor at the entry way, not the bathroom floor, the entry way floor. We called the front desk but he didn't seem concerned so we decided to call the next day. The next day, the toilet over flowed everywhere. We called the front desk and that gentleman took care of us. He upgraded us to a king suite and IT WAS AMAZING!!!

Breakfast was very efficient. The man working did a good job. The breakfast had a good variety for us.

We were not able to have rooms right next to one another. We were on the same floor. I was very disappointed when Cameron, the very nice gentleman who was checking us in, let me know we were not next to one another. I showed him the email that said my request was granted and we were all set. This trip was a surprise for mom’s 70th birthday and she had no idea her childhood best friend and sister were joining us. Cameron did do his very best to get our rooms as close as he could and gave us breakfast vouchers. I think he could see the disappointment in my face and really turned everything around. The one other thing we noticed and did not like was at night something was wrong with the lights, they were flashing on and off. You noticed it in your room.

When I made the reservations on-line from home the room status was incorrect when the reservations were completed. However, when we arrived we were granted exactly what we bargained for. The room was very nice and so was everything in it. We had to pay $6 for a buffet style breakfast that was outstanding so it didn't matter at all. The hospitality was extraordinary. The location is surrounded by the best of everything. When I visit Memphis again this is where I will be staying. I LOVE Y'ALL ❤️

I didn't like that I missed breakfast on my check out morning which was on a weekday. The time to serve breakfast is different than on the weekend which I wasn't aware of. I should have questioned the matter. Anyway I was given plenty of healthy food and snacks from the kitchen worker that I carried on the plane.

The room was spacious, which provided exactly what I needed along my travels. The bed was comfortable and allowed me to sleep throughout the night. The fitness center was great and felt clean. The location was perfect and within easy driving access to friends and family I was visiting, plus local shops and eateries. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water was hot (perfectly hot)! I have to travel to Memphis again in a few weeks and will stay in the same location, plus any return trips to see family who just moved to the area.

Pool was nice size and warm, room setup was nice with 2 tvs and kitchenette. Nice view from 5th floor, the, sofa and chairs were comfy and clean.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable as a bed, thin mattress, support bar could be felt through the mattress. Not enough towels in room, 3 large towels for a 6 person room, just a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was mostly good but can't believe some people have to pay extra for it (ours was included in the rate).

The property was nicely kept and clean. The beds were so soft and comfortable, and the front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. This was one of the only, if not THE only hotel in the area that had the hot tub/pool available AND a hot breakfast. We called around to nearly every hotel in Memphis and this one did not disappoint! The kids had a blast in the indoor pool and breakfast was superb!

I wish the breakfast buffet was completely open back up again...I always feel so imposing when I go up to ask someone else to make my plate for me.

The location was awesome!! I didn’t have to drive far at all for nothing but Beale street lol but there is plenty to do with in the drive. The mall is literally 1 minute ul the road & Dave & busters is 5 minutes up the road!!!

The price & taxes on the room.. spent almost $350 for 2 days and breakfast had to be added in. For this expensive room price I though for sure breakfast would be added without paying extra but it wasn’t. The Kim/ Kem restaurant wasn’t open due to short staff. Was really looking forward to having the experience for dinner but maybe next time.

Very nice hotel. Loved the location. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Evening front desk staff on 7/27. Asked two men at front desk for coffee pods. Informed me that there was none, that the shipment had not arrived. Complained the next morning and the man at the front desk said coffee had arrived a week ago and gave me two pods. How does that happen? Not good.
