The Front Desk attendant that checked us in was very polite and knowledge able of everything. The room was VERY clean and smelled pleasant. I traveled with my family and my daughter loved the pool area.

I did not like that the pool area had no ventilation, it was very warm in there. The towel rack was small and had limited number of towels. So we had to walk back down to the front desk to get towels. I also did not like the housekeeping stated that we could only get two sets of fresh towels for the morning and it was 3 guest occupying our room.

I was in room 117, the tv in the hotel lobby is against the room wall and could be heard all night. it kept waking me up. by the morning, o was also hearing hotel staff and patrons talk. Walls must be thin in that room not sure it it’s the same in other rooms but I prob would request a room change it f that room gets assigned to me. Always nice to have free breakfast but it didn’t leave much of an impression. Eggs had to be from a box. Best thing about the breakfast was the sausage.

There was a problem between Booking. Com and the hotel I got my confirmation email and we got here and the hotel had nothing in thier system we called Booking and the confirmation never came BUT the hotel took care of us on thier own so I am very happy with this property Thank you

clean, quiet and safety is key here! staff is friendly and patient. we had to leave our prior hotel because of safety issues and this hotel has parking lot security who actually patrols the parking lot all night. We had a fantastic experience here

nothing we had a lovely stay

I felt safe and was very comfortable bringing my kids and dogs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and despite being busy, went above and beyond to ensure we were going to have what we needed.

The staff and area were great! Will definitely be towards top option next time we visit.

The breakfast options were the only thing I would critique. The eggs and sausage everyday when other locations offer somewhat of a variety.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of TV channels. Open view from window.

Room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was good but need more variety. They always served pork meat. At least they should serve beef as well

The reason why we chose this hotel was because they are pet friendly. During our stay the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was decent but not much options but makes sense since it’s complementary.

At check in the receptionist was very rude to me and my husband, after taking our payment she tells us that breakfast was not being served at this time and also the swimming pool still not open, I told her that was our main reason for choosing this hotel she said well its not open do want your money back no I didn't want a refund just wish you all would update that information on your website and also the following day was me and my husband anniversary and we had no time to try and find another hotel and she continued telling us well just get your money back in a very rude manner.
