Great selection, clean and great service. Food was good quality, but they did not serve bacon 😢!

The pool was advertised as open and that is why I chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. We arrive and there were signs in the elevator stating it did not open until Memorial Day. We asked the manager about it because it did not state this anywhere on any site that I went to, and I visited many sites to read different reviews. We had our children with us, and they were very disappointed. The pool was ready to go, and they would not even let us sit out there, put our feet in or anything. HUGE disappointment.

Someone was smoking on the floor we were on and it was all in the hallway and my son has asthma, so I was not pleased about that this was a non smoking hotel and booked it for that reason and someone was smoking up the whole floor. No fault of the hotel just inconsiderate people who don't follow the rules.

Breakfast was awesome, as was location and parking!

All good, but found a bug in the bed, which may or may not have come from me after being in woods. Manager was supposed to call me, and didn't, or didn't leave a message. That was disappointing.

Breakfast was complete and also had the full breakfast on Sunday. The breakfast area is spacious and convenient. The room was spacious, had a nice chaise lounge that could be used as a sleeper in a pinch. The hotel has a published "two strikes" policy on noise violators.

People were clearly smoking in the rooms on my floor, the smell was obvious, but I guess they were willing to eat the fine. There is no indoor pool.

Very clean property with comfortable beds. Location was convenient to my needs. Many food opportunities nearby.

The lady who checked me in must have been new as she was assisted by another lady. She asked my last name about 4 times even though I had given her my credit card and DL. She needed a bit more training.

Hotel was beautiful, great layout, (flooring in lobby getting worn) pool was clean, rooms were clean, great water pressure, beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent (I did not expect hot food) all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Our stay was amazing!

well the room either hasn’t been cleaned or someone took there break there as bed was turned down slightly and indentation non it and a lipstick stained half full caffe cup on table. they immediately changed my room and all was good

Great Venue for attending course in Oak Ridge. Able to walk to resrurants locally. Good location for Walmart and shopping. Staff really friendly and helpful

The pillows and the room size cleaning services awesome and cleaning ladies are wonderful especially making you feel great and welcomed

I could hear my neighbor,breakfast some type or dog hair or cat hair on my sheets could have better front desk staff
