Clean and modern room. Close to stores and restaurants. Decent sized pool. Impressive gym for a hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Complimentary cucumber water, coffee, tea, and apples in lobby. Helpful and HONEST staff. (I forgot an expensive item in my room and the staff found it and shipped it back to me)

I wish there were more gluten free options for breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel chain is the quality of the design of the rooms and the facility. Well thought out! The best thing about this particular location was the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the front desk clerk who quickly came to help my wife after she spilled her coffee as we were checking in.

The breakfast was just OK (but the price was right!)

The night time staff lady was really nice and accommodating. She helped us out with extra blankets to help make my husband more comfortable. (He has broken his back several years ago).

We did have a problem on the morning of our checkout. Check out is at 12. The cleaning ladies kept knocking on The door and waking us up. The first time was a little after nine. The other two times they banged on the door and helped themselves In.... twice!!! And it was all before eleven. They need to quit waking us up. We told the manager and she apologized.

Everything. The room was very clean and really nice. The hotel was very quiet, even with having multiple high school teams being there. Breakfast was nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Chris was one of the best front desk staff we’ve come across in years. This will be our new hotel for our Abilene get away weekends.

Wish there was a little more variety from day to day with breakfast. The shower went from really hot to kind of warm at an instant with not space in between. I love hot showers, though, so not terrible.

We LOVE Home2Suites and this one was no different. they are just amazing, so modern and clean, and in a safe location.

There was one rude staff member, but I feel like she was a one-off. Everyone else was amazing! And I do wish there weee more hot food options for breakfast.

the hotel is new and very well maintained. Clean and airy with plenty of natural light. lobby has plenty of comfortable seating. staff were welcoming and helpful. the room was terrific. the bed was very comfortable and there were nice additions like free coffee in the room. breakfast was good and included in the room price. great deal for families and anyone traveling with pets

We stayed for 3 days for a tournament, one day started very early and they were very accommodating and had breakfast open earlier than their posted times for our teams to eat before heading out. Any time we needed something it was delivered to our room in just a couple minutes. The room had a very clean feeling, enough so that my 10 year old pointed out that it was cleaner than most hotels we have stayed in.

The property was very clean, with modern fixtures, and was well lite indoors and outdoors. The staff was well above average, breakfast was good and the beds and linens were very comfortable and soft. The pillows were awesome and I am trying to figure out how to buy some just like them! The room layout was very well thought out. I loved the curtain that could be used between the couch and the bed. It was great if you had kids with you. The bathroom vanity actually has two drawers to store your stuff so the countertop wasn’t cluttered. The pool area was great and they had an outdoor sitting area with a TV. Oh…and it is pet friendly. Great price and I will definitely start looking for this hotel brand from now on!

This is among the best motels I have stayed in the US at a moderate price. Everything was very well maintained and fresh looking. Quality of build evident everywhere (for example the sinks are not generic but Kohler). Beds were extremely comfortable. There was no road noise that you sometimes experience in motels near to highways. Breakfast was of a superior quality.

I cant think of anything - honestly there was nothing I could nitpick. A dream motel.

Large rooms, excellent soundproofing between rooms, recycling bins for water bottles, room ( except clothes drawer) very clean and fresh smelling, tv's in bedroom and suite area were large, rolling work table and chair were awesome. People very friendly!!!

Drawers had not been cleaned from previous guests. Found ladies panties in the drawer. Yucky. Wish seating area had more than the couch. Work station chair was comfy but not my chair of choice for relaxing.
