The breakfast service with Miss Adie was phenomenal! Both mornings, she truly made our stay. Her cheery smile and can-do attitude were such a nice way to start our day, and she made sure my 3 little boys got plenty of fresh bananas, Texas shaped waffles, and chocolate milk! And the space was spotlessly clean and fully stocked, even at the busiest times. Also, the manager Brice was so friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond the call of duty to be sure we were happy guests. This team and their well-kept hotel reminded us of why we appreciate true Texas hospitality!!

We paid for the upgraded Wi-Fi and it never worked. I wish I could get my money back for that.

-2nd year in a row I have booked at this facility. Warren, assist GM, provides great customer service. -convenient location as its near a Walmart and CFA, and P. Exp. -enjoyed full kitchen especially large fridge. -cold pool but out of courtesy towels.

Booked in middle of rehab as rooms and facility was getting updated so had to deal with noise and contractors mess. Was charged for King size bed room but mattress was queen dimension-was able to get room rate adjusted. Bathroom could use more led's to brighten it up. would like to see a bigger pool and updated better equipped fitness center.

Breakfast was fine. Coffee was terrific. Attentive staff kept everything full. A full breakfast with hot food is essential especially to families who count on a first meal as part of the room cost to keep the cost of food while traveling down. Nice Marriott establishment and very responsive staff when we had a problem with the television at night. Kudos to everyone in Abilene.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Debbie went above and beyond and Warren was friendly and efficient! The location was quiet and convenient to restaurants, stores, Zoo, etc.

One reason we stayed there was the cleanliness ratings. However, in one of our rooms there were lots of Kleenex pieces under the bed! Also, touched under the edge of the kitchen counter and got grease on our fingers. Took the kitchen towel and rubbed it and got more grease on the towel. In the other room found a used Q-tip under the bathroom cabinet and our 2-year-old granddaughter picked it up! There were also Kleenexes under the bed in that room and long hair in the bathroom sink! I was very disappointed about that and would question a repeat visit as cleanliness really matters.

The location got to the point. The hotel knows we just want to get in a room and sleep. The location was clean and the people were alert and friendly.

I wish there was security for the cars. Like a camera connection with the hotel TV to see the car once in awhile. Also an easy to use safe in the room.

Very convenient to ACU. Clean facility and the staff was very friendly.

The eggs at breakfast were lacking. looked like pre made heat em up stuff.

Room and bed were very comfortable and staff at the front desk and at breakfast were excellent. Would stay here again. Close to Abilene and city center, perfect for what we wanted.

Super dog friendly. Great exterior areas to walk your dogs. Bar and limited menu for food and beverage

Very good breakfast and good fitness equipment.

Lack of COVid protocols made me nervous. Beds were too high. Plumbing was cheap.
