Location was right off the highway which was perfect for our tired family from driving over 12 hours. The beds were comfy and room was spotless. I liked the breakfast it had many options for our very picky family they all enjoyed everything the hotel offered. The room had updated lighting and outlets everywhere for our family that needed extra charging ports for all our devices. They had a crib available and comfortable for the baby that was delivered within 5 mins of requesting. The hotel offered dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap which I preferred over the no name soaps and shampoos other hotels offer. I loved they had makeup wipes in the bathroom and nighttime tea for this mama that needed some R&R after a long day of road tripping. Overall 10/10 experience. Would definitely come back again.

I didn’t prefer the attendant at the front desk that greeted us when we arrived at 1am she seemed like we bothered her when we arrived. She was overall polite but didn’t even seem like she wanted to work.

Random lady (im guessing was house keeping but wasnt dressed in a uniform of any means) entered our room without warning. I heard someone at the door trying to come in and then when she showed her face and saw mine, she walked back out into the hallway. i was shocked and looked down the hallway to see her talking to housekeeping. she came back to the room across mine but said something in spanish I didn’t understand.

The young lady who checked us in was overwhelmed but handled it very well, she was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was nice and breakfast was ok

The two women working the front desk the next morning never looked up, never greeted anyone and had sour looks on their faces. The air conditioning in the room made noise all night for 2 nights it needs to be fixed.

Breakfast was great, cleaning was done fast we were able to sit at a table. Did not feel rushed by people cleaning the tables, felt homey, environment was great. Very clean comfortable bed and pillows, also the bathrooms were great definitely give this place a 10/10 this deserves great stars.

A bit of a hard time with the heater which was not staying on, but it really wasn't a big deal still rate it 10/10

Breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choices. From biscuits and gravy with bacon to fruit or bagels and oatmeal. Room smelled clean as soon as we entered.

We were awakened at 5:00 a.m. by the trash truck emptying the garbage bin and banging it to empty it. Wasn't hotels fault. Just need to change time of pickup to later in day.

The staff were very helpful and considerate! The entire facility was very clean. the room was big and inviting! The breakfast was varied and kept clean. The things that were warm were kept properly warm without drying them out. After a week on the road in hotels for a family emergency this was a welcome retreat!

The room was super nice and like brand new. The location next to Texas Roadhouse and many other restaurants was most convenient. The breakfast was ok but could be improved. The staff there seemed a little overwhelmed and could have smiled a little more. Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Not much bad to write about here. If I had one complaint it would be that they Need to stock more towels in the room. We had two adults and two children with two bath towels. They will easily accommodate but why not just stock with 4 towels to start.

The location

When we got there July 1 we could not find a parking spot because you’ll let them big trucks with trailers take up all the parking and that is wrong that is very inconsiderate but them kind of people just don’t care it is just them only. I’d say if signs put up on the side and the back no truck with trailers we ended up having to park in Texas roadhouse parking lot

Clean, good location to get in and out of work a u-haul, close to restaurants, and dog friendly. They were also accommodating with me checking in late.

You can hear people pretty well if they are talking in the hallway. The water pressure was a little weak.
