Pretty much everything. The breakfast was good and snacks that I bought were good. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was clean. TV was big and could change the angle nicely and the pull out couch was handy for my friends that came. Staff was also great and helped with every request I had.

The Wifi wasn't always working well and the faucet for the bathtub kept dripping when turned off all the way. Also thought the trash can wasn't big enough and connecting to the TV was difficult, so I had to buy a HDMI cable. Also, the elevators sound rough when they move up or down, especially when it's from 1 to 5+, it scares you a little bit.

The suite was amazing. Great view, spacious and luxurious. Paid extra for accomodation, but it was worth it! Walking distance of all attractions I was interested in seeing. Nice breakfast choices.

I booked this property for the proximity to the amphitheater and the offer of a balcony! I LOVED the huge balcony and that breakfast was open until 10am. So many hotels close breakfast super early. The rooftop pool is small, but has a great view of the Capitol and lots of seating if you don't want to swim.

There was a lot of construction going on so sometimes we weren't as close to other businesses as the map told me we were because we had to find alternate routes. Sometimes scanning your key every time you need to use the elevator can be a hassle--I know it's for security, but it can be annoying. There was no refrigerator or microwave, only in suites. There was plenty of room to at least put a mini fridge in, especially for the price I was paying and since they offer food to purchase in the lobby.

Great location. Walking distance to the Moody Center. Really close to some restaurants. The Hotel was really nice. Very clean. Loved the security on the elevators requiring you to use your room card to use the elevator. Breakfast was yummy. You can never go wrong with a waffle maker and coffee. They had eggs and sausage too. Will definitely stay here again for all of our Austin events.

The breakfast was pretty good. Potatoes were great, the scrambled eggs a bit watery. You could up your game with more fresh fruit and more variety on any given day. I really hate eating on paper products with plastic utensils. Also, food was barely warm, so I always took the plate to my suite to microwave.

We were actually in Austin for a surgical procedure so we didn’t get to enjoy your breakfast, but it looked lovely.

Due to the nature of our stay at your hotel, we did not get to partake in the amenities. Under normal circumstances I’m sure we would’ve enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

We had 3 people on our trip and I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but was given a large room with bunk beds. I also liked the coffee and parking on site

The on site parking was a little expensive at $25 a day, felt that could be a little cheaper but it was definitely more convenient than a parking garage. One of the elevators failed to recognize my friends key card and he was trapped for a little bit

Breakfast was good, room was very clean. Location is great to get to campus but abit of a walk to the downtown shops/eateries. Nice to have parking onsite as well.

Its pretty pricey. Also the parking garage is small and difficult to park in. The elevator sounded like it was about to drop to the basement. Our room had no view.

The location is great for walking to UT for work related activities. The morning breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. Everything was clean and fresh.

The beds are old so I think they could be updated. The hall carpets are worn and dingy too.

we had a problem with my card checking in, inability to work out the hot water tap in the bath (!) and out of date creamer. We also needed a recommendation for somewhere close to eat. All of these things were dealt with very quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. A reduction to my bill was made as a result of the issues checking in (which I really hadn't made a fuss about) which did exceed my expectations.

A wider range of breakfast options (more fruit varieties, yoghurt flavours, cereals,) - it was all a bit carb heavy.
