Our stay was super comfortable. We are so happy with our booking. The room was big and the small kitchenette was really handy travelling with a baby (washing bottles). The room was really clean upon arrival. We did request a crib with our booking but nothing was there. Location was good but we already knew we would need to drive to places. In and out parking was great.

We stayed for two nights and with a baby we had hope that they would come clean our room (take out the garbage) even upon request but they didn't so when we left the garbage was really full.

The reception staff were so welcoming and we just knew we had arrived in friendly TEXAS! The room was fine - had a sofa bed for our son which made the room quite cramped. It was clean and quiet and the cleaning staff are always around to top up on towels or anything else we needed. A good functional place to stay with no frills.

Location wise, we had to drive, or UBER most places as it wasn't near anything particularly interesting and a good walk to downtown. The thing I had a problem with was the air conditioner which was quite old and had two settings: "high and noisy" and "off"! But all in all, a pleasant place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The beds and room in general were great as well as the breakfast. I would have included ham and cheese. Also more fruit. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room was never cleaned. I thought it had that service. I think I was never told the room was never cleaned in the 3 days of my stay. The location is good but the are too many homeless people near. It was frightening for me.

The scrambled eggs were great, fruit was very fresh and really good. Room was very clean, nice set up with kitchenette, sitting area...really nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Any location just outside of the immediate downtown area can feel a little sketchy as there are a lot of people living on the streets at night, but I never had a problem when waiting for Uber and always felt safe.

I went to use the shower gel in the shower, empty. So, I was going to use the shampoo instead, empty. I told them next morning and it was supposed to be filled that day. Well, I didn't check when I got to my room...next morning, still empty. They did fill them that day, though. But, I usually bring my own stuff, just didn't this time.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The updates that have been made to the room are good but the workmanship is not so great. The floor had bubbles under the vinyl which caused the door to stay open unless you forced it shut. Amenities like dish soap weren't provided for the kitchenette. The location is a little tough given the proximity to churches and homeless shelters. If you are walking from the hotel to the more developed hotel district it can get a bit sketchy at night.

The only way to park is either on the street nearby or in the car valet that is included with the hotel stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have breakfast included and it was a whole buffet style. It was great! Very open and family friendly hotel to stay at. Just a walk away from 6th street too! There were plenty of food trucks nearby open at night as well which was good when we were craving a good burger.

There was nothing we didn't like. The stay was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay at this place again.

The shower was spacious.

Not used to limited parking around the hotel and having to use valet service. And, the couch was small (too low to the ground). I had a hard time getting up from it so I sat in one of the bar stools, which didn't match at all (1 was short. 1 was high, neither were comfortable), but they were better than the couch. Also, the couch was too big for the area it was in (closed off from reaching the air conditioning switch and too close to the TV) so again I had to sit at the bar. And the toilet paper holder was not in a good place. I literally had to turn 90 degrees to my right to grab some paper. Meaning, I'm not a gymnast. I'm a guest.

The location is close enough to everything that happens downtown to walk or scooter there but far enough to not be right in the middle of it and to be able to get some peaceful sleep at night. The breakfast was pretty standard but good enough to get me going for the conference I was in town for. There is a homeless services building on the next block over that attracts some people who look like they are struggling in life but they didn't bother anyone that I saw when I passed by there and it was easy enough to walk one block over to avoid the area at night.

The breakfast was good and the staff refilled and cleaned the entire time. There was a nice pool and lobby.

The parking situation was so terrible. There was street parking nearby except on the weekends and the valet parking was crazy expensive, and it took the poor staff so long because there were a lot of people. There was a man, Dale, who helped us but wasn't very friendly. The elevator was broken the whole time we were there so we waited like 10 minutes to go up or down. Also the clubs nearby played music into the night so if you're sensitive to that, this is not the place for you.

The room was roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and very clean, beautiful linens. Breakfast was decent but lacking (see below). The fruit was really good. Front desk staff really nice and attentive and very helpful.

Floor 5 was missing is AED, no pillows for side sleepers, only one glass to drink from for two in the room. Breakfast- no cream cheese for bagels, the potatoes were like card board, no bananas, ran out of coffee. No outlet next to bed for phone(lamp outlets wouldn’t hold a plug). The street neighbors were a bit scary.
