Good location; nice room

They put us in a room that looked onto a local bar which on a Thursday night was playing loud music that we could feel and hear. We had to call down to get a new room which they said to pack up and come downstairs and they would give us a room that wasn’t on the side next to the club. Why they would put someone in that room when they had others available makes no sense. They had to know this would be a problem. So we changed rooms at about 11 pm.

The Hotel Indigo is a lovely place to stay with boutique-like finishes. The bed and pillows were heavenly, shower was excellent and it's well located to walk around downtown Austin or grab a ride share to nearby attractions. The room had a mini fridge (not listed on the description) which was nice to have available. The decor is creative and lively, the bar downstairs is nice for a nightcap drink.

I would prefer housekeeping services towards the middle of a stay rather than after 3 nights (we stayed 4 total, so night 2 would be preferable to keep the room fresher overall). Also would be nice if the bar had a drink menu available so that I could see prices before ordering. The parking situation isn't great if you don't want to pay additional.

Somehow the kitchen was down and the computer system for checkin didn't work. Luckily I liked the front desk guy, Oscar, so trusted him to copy my credit card and driver's license until the system came back up. Helpfully Oscar also took us over to the Holiday Inn Express breakfast since breakfast was included in our reservation and Indigo's kitchen was down.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is right downtown near all the activities yet it was quiet when it came time to go to sleep.

We could not turn on the TV as the electrical cord was missing, by the time we realized it was not working, maintenance had already left for the night. Parking was very difficult to find.

Very clean super comfortable, nice coffee, great shower, really liked the fruit water downstairs where you could just grab a glass, wish the rooms had creamer but not powdered creamer

The giant body wash pump in the shower was empty so did not have any. I stopped off at the front desk to tell them and no one ever brought any by, but the products are lovely

Expensive for 1 night, but convenient, clean, safe, comfortable bed. Front desk and bartenders very friendly. Bar food good, limited choices. No desserts is just wrong. Drinks and dessert are a must. I LOVED room service breakfast. We're round rock locals for quick night away--we will be back 😊

No desserts on restaurant or room service menus. Delayed and unanswered messages for 4 days from reservation to date of stay. Simple requests of information. Replies are helpful and indicate good customer svc to me. Glad in person staff was nice and timely.

placed behind the holiday inn but good hotel for 3 starts to be honest . took it only because of all’s other 5 and 4 stars were not available but I would give it good 4 stars. other 5 star hotel disappointed me badly so in comparison this one was good

AC was a little noisy and some 5 star hotel things were not there but overall no complaints :) exceeded my expectations.

Enjoyed the cappuccino at breakfast! Location was very convenient to our downtown destinations. Decor was clever and interesting. Staff was excellent, which makes all the difference.

The carpet in the hallway on the 6th floor was stained with old spills.

1.How spacious it was 2.the view was amazing 3..the staff was more then willing to help for any and everything 4. You had to have a key card to get on the elevator

1.The pool could have been deeper 2. Room service wasn't available 24/7 3. Not alot of snack selections

Service was excellent and hotel was very clean! Front desk did a great job accommodating all our needs especially Karl 😊

I did not like the area it was in very much though. Not the best part of town.
