elevator ride was soo cool looking at the structure as you went up pool was great location for sunshine staff was amazing! super helpful upon check in-- they handed me a water because i mentioned i was dehydrated-- then the bar staff was great for taking drinks up to pool on the days pool bar was closed coffee shop-- staff was very friendly

hotel was nice-- but since I work in construction it was disappointing how the showered were tiled-- they didnt drain very good-- and the tile seemed very mismatchy-- not your fault the architects-- I liked the theme of classy dark tile but sometime the whiter things are the cleaner they feel.

The rooms, location, comfort was all that we hoped it would be. What really stood out was your staff. We do travel a lot and lately since Covid we have noticed that most hotels have had poor customer service. You have had the nicest staff that I have encountered in all of my Austin trips. I will definitely be booking with you guys again!

Everything was as expected. If I could have changed one thing it would have been to have more towels in the bathroom. Other than that we were pleased with everything the hotel had to offer and extremely happy with the service.

Hotel was stunning, loved the decor. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area was beautifully done and made for a very relaxing stay.

Price of the carpark was a bit steep at $50/night. The shower in our hotel room also had a large leak coming from the door which caused our whole bathroom floor to flood whenever we took a shower.

Tje view , the setups pf the room and how cozy and luxurious it looks i loved it.

However there are two main thing i was disappointed with 1) the hotel doesnt have shuttle service from the airport. So using taxi and uber was an extra unexpected expense. 2) there is no room service everyday they only come to do express services such as taking out trash, change towels if needed . However for making beds and cleaning the room is on schedule maybe every other day i guess . That is unacceptable at all for the price one paid . It is not cheap but service could be better since these are mandatory services for any guest.kindly requesting to improve on these as the hotel is way beautiful and cozy to miss these major services.

The room was very spacious. The housekeeping replenished anything we needed quickly. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Austin. The parking and valet service was excellent.

If I had to pick something that was less than perfect on our stay, I'd say the construction going on at the hotel. It didn't prevent us from enjoying our room and stay. And, there was no noise from the construction. I understand needing to update and improve surroundings.

Excellent location, rooftop pool area was an amazing sun spot with a lot of beds for its space! The staff were excellent! Super friendly in every department from check in, to the bar staff to the waiters on the restaurant. 5 stars all around!!

everything was fine with our stay. It was Christmas. I thought the staff was so nice. I work in retail and know that all those that were working probably would rather be home too. so I was happy to see happy employees .

I thought the rooms were kind bc of small. But again I was just there to put my head down.

Rooms were very clean. I liked the fact the hotel had pool on the roof. Great location. The stuff was very friendly!

The pool on the pictures looked so luxurious but in reality it was concrete patio with furniture. No plants/ planters to make it very cozy. Lots of ants on the water surface and nothing to skim it. No free Wi-Fi!!! I don’t know in todays world why wouldn’t you provide a free internet access!?!

amazing location, super kind friendly staff, very comfy king-size bed, fresh bottle of water every day. we walked to bars and restaurants, easy to order uber and go to another city part. quick check-in and even faster check out, bill sent to my email

all was ok. one day room service knocked the door few times at 8:30 when we were sleeping..... who is knocking at 8:30.....

The service was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was walking distance to 6th Street. The property is nice and well maintained.

Parking was $52 a night! The pool was small. The balcony was small, more Juliet style.
