Superbly comfortable bed, nice room layout with many options for seating, and great lighting. The amenities are amazing - The lobby has plenty of spaces to chill, meet coworkers, and/or work; The fitness center is world-class with everything you'd need and want; Both the rooftop bar and lobby bar are outstanding.

The wifi situation was a bit frustrating -- I'm glad I was a Bonvoy member, otherwise they charge you a whopping $15/day for internet access. Other than that, everything was awesome.

I loved the rooftop bar and pool. It felt like I was in Mexico on vacation. I also enjoyed the happy hour down in the lobby bars. You can not beat $7 cocktails. I was here for Dreamcon and it was so convenient to the convention center.

The gate to enter the pool was broken so i was not able to get i unless someone opened it for me.

The staff is always amazing, we love staying here and the hotel is very clean. This location is close to to everything happening in downtown Austin, we walked everywhere and only drove when it was time to depart.

My only suggestion is for the hotel to make a note within the room that guests can request full pillows versus the feather pillows. We were unaware we could make this request and found out during checkout.

I was frustrated when my lunch took too long to get. The staff was fantastic. Jumped into action and solved the problem. I was impressed with how well the staff was trained. Will come again.

We stayed here for our anniversary and really enjoyed the experience. The staff went out of their way to make our anniversary weekend a special one. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location.

The only negative experience I had was at the pool. It was very difficult to order cocktails. I had to chase down the outside attendant several times to make an order.

Location and views made it all worth it. The roof bar and the food there was great. I would love to go back and stay here. Check in was so easy. The staff was amazing and very friendly.

The parking is too expensive. Very hard to find the entrance for uber or lyft.

I really appreciate the hospitality by Ishan who was at the front desk. Excellent attitude and customer service. He was my first interaction at the hotel and he set the tone right to make my stay very pleasant.

I liked the location and the hotel design, modern and confortable.

Internet and parking should be free, you are paying a very good hotel and I hate it when hotels charge you extra. The valet parking is awful, it takes ages for your car to arrive.

We really enjoyed the roof top bar and pool and we had an amazing waitress ( Stella) my son also enjoyed the cocktail menu.

We did not use the restaurant for breakfast but did get coffee( it was a little expensive to eat breakfast) The first night we didn't have hot water ( it was just warm but improved the next day) and I would of loved softer pillows .

great location, great view of downtown, big windows, modern.

felt clean at first glance. but the room wasn’t wiped down, smudges all over the windows and countertops. makes you wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. could hear a lot of noise from the city.
