huge room with high ceilings. I think they upgraded me to largest room with a king bed. better than average hotel breakfast.

I thought the breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of offerings. I loved the fresh fruit compote and the toppings for the yogurt. coffee was great. I really liked that the motel provided a TV card listing the channels and a remote tv control that is easy to use. The sound reducing components to the room was very welcomed as i did not hear other room doors close.

I did not like that the Booking.com price was not honored upon check in. I understand adding the pet fee to the cost. But the room rate exceeded Booking. Com's price of $638.59. this included a 15% tax. I was quoted by two motel employees that my stay would cost a total of 811.00. I think it is ridiculous to allow the state, county and city to charge an occupancy tax per day on a pet. While Best Western states it is pet friendly, it really isn't when they charge extra every day plus taxes on an expensive overpriced room. The dog potty area is insufficient in size.

Breakfast was good, no complaints. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was very glad that they gave me a room close to the eating area and the bar area. I didn’t have to go to a top floor.

The shower should have a complete glass sliding door not just half a glass. The toilet needs a privacy door. There was only half a roll of toilet paper, had to ask for another roll which should have been in the room before our arrival.

The breakfast was a huge bonus! We have stayed in many hotels, and most breakfast are good, but this breakfast was AMAZING! The staff were so kind, like my husband said “this is what southern hospitality feels like” and he was right! The lady in charge of breakfast was so attentive, and very welcoming. If we ever come back to Bandera, this is definitely the place I will come back too!

The barn door was a little too loose, so every time we tried to close it it would open up slowly.

Wonderful new hotel in the heart of Bandera! We were there for a funeral in Medina, TX and it was an easy commute. Staff was helpful and welcoming; room was just perfect - modern and so comfortable. 5+ stars

the rooms were good in size but one suggestion the bathroom is in a add place we were there for a wedding and the wedding party would come for a pin or makeup and I could not let them in my husband was taking a shower and there was no curtains or door

the beds , breakfast was amazing the young lady on this Saturday was so so sweet 9/24/22 hotel was very clean all in all staff very friendly had a great stay

Great location. Next to many restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and clean! Pillows were actually super comfortable. Room temp was very cool and made Sleeping comfortable all night

The bathroom is open to the front door. Would be nice to have a door to the shower and/or toilet area.

Breakfast was great except for long wait to replace items that were already eaten. Location was great!

The desk chairs!! Persons above us you can hear the chair roll across the floor. Quilts were too heavy for the beds. Had to turn ac down to freezing to get comfortable.

Special shout-out to Linda and her breakfast spread! Very nice lady making sure all of her guests have what they need in the morning!

The bathroom door was a sliding barn door contraption, sliding being the key word here. Very difficult and noisy to handle.

The hotel is easily found as it is located on the main street. it has parking and an adequate gym. Breakfast was basic continental style and was plentiful. The room was amazing with its own lounge area. the staff were helpful and friendly.

Being on the main road has good and bad points. The bad was the locals with their noisy V8 engines.
