the bar soap… very hard soap… only one soap for a 3days stay… although they gave an option of requesting for more but l felt it was inconvenient to go back downstairs to ask for some soap. 2. housekeeping is upon request… for such a hotel housekeeping should be done daily. the least should be emptying out the trash. 3 days trash… u can imagine 3. updated appliances… esp the TV let’s have smart TVs in the room. we can use our usual subscriptions to watch movies that we love other then the cable programs that our ancestors used to enjoy.

The room was fine and breakfast was really good. Bonnie at the front desk was very nice and helpful on dinner reservations.

We felt like the rate was high compared to other lodging available in Kerrville. We chose the Hampton Inn, though, because we have stayed at several. This is the most expensive.

easy check in. Staff were friendly ,went above and beyond. Location is good.

breakfast could be better. Didn't like they put the egg and bacon in the staff only access pantry area. I did not even know there was hot breakfast items until other customer asked for it .There was no sign to tell customer those items were available . Felt like they tried to hide the hot food from customer although it may not be their intention.Other than this bad impression, everything was ok. Did not get the view for our room as per our booking .

It was convenient and easy to get to. Everything was fine, but it was only the bed I didn’t like.

The bed was rock solid hard. I had to use all the pillows including one I brought to be even somewhat comfortable. If you don’t mind sleeping on the floor then the beds will be comfortable to you.

Joan, the lady running breakfast, was magnificent. She was cooking, restocking, and cleaning constantly and the breakfast area was spotless. There was a good variety of breakfast options available. The entire hotel was clean and the staff wore masks.

The internet cable connection in the lamp base in the room did not work. The WiFi was wimpy. I could deal with e-mail but could not do web work. The list of TV channels printed on the card in the room was not even close to correct. The desk clerk copied another list of channels but that was also not correct. The TV remote did not match the TV. The desk clerk could not get the TV channel selection to work properly but finally managed to stumble to a good channel.

Room was very clean and accomodating. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. A/C worked great.

Breakfast is served from 7-9 am. I would recommend serving until 10 am for us sleepy heads that like to sleep in on our vacations. Although we missed breakfast, I got there in time to get some juice and pick up a couple of muffins to take up to the room.

My husband and I were heading to Port Aransas for a family vacation. However, it was getting late and we needed a place to stay for the night because we were tired and couldn’t make it all the way to Port Aransas. At the last minute we decided to try to book this Hampton hoping will could stay there. Not only did they accept our booking at the last minute but the hotel was very clean and quiet. In addition, the price to stay was very reasonable. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Each Staff Member, from reception desk to house keeping, were friendly, polite & accommodating. A/C worked, pool was clean, rooms clean, hot breakfast each morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, I had to checkout just before breakfast, but what I saw looked just fine. Location was good, easy in - easy out.

The breakfast at the Hampton Inn I stayed at last week started at 0600. This location started at 0700. If it had started even at 0630, would have been able to partake.

Staff was very friendly. I had been traveling and pretty much hadn’t slept in two days. Didn’t look at me odd even though In sure I looked disheveled. Made it extremely easy for me to check in and helped figuring out using laundry. Also Gave me a bottle of water. Just nice in general, definitely that Texas hospitality. Seemed like it had been remodeled in recent years. It’s not the four seasons but still pretty solid hotel

Had that slight smell that at some point this was a smoking property. If not someone was smoking in there room. My room smelled fine though it was just the hallway.
