Quiet, accessible from all directions, easy access for shopping, restaurants. Nice rooms.

Used restaurant only 1 time, bad experience, waited 10 minutes for coffee to be served and waited on. Ordered food and took 35 minutes for food to arrive. Told waitress I had almost given up on food, no reply. Only 3 tables occupied at time occurred. Heard another gentleman asking for coffee refill couple of times. After paying waitress had to wait additional 10 minutes for change and receipt. Decided to eat out instead of using hotels restaurant.

The hotel has its own restaurant and is also close to outside dining and shopping. The shower had an ample supply of hot water, and we got a good room rate for a 2 night stay.

The hotel needs updating. Walls are thin, and people passing by your room can be heard talking as well as footsteps going up and down the stairs. The bathroom only had 1 sink, a very small countertop and there were no grab bars in the shower for safety. A small refrigerator in the room was making a strange banging noise, and we had to unplug it so we could sleep. We notified the hotel staff that it needed maintenance.

Had reservations for 5 nights, booking.com did not get the first date scheduled so I called them and asked if I could come in a day early, they said sure. I said I would be in the lobby the next day, when I arrived they denied talking to me "nobody told me!" from the male behind the counter. So had to go find a single night at another hotel, no bueno.

The room was very clean and the parking was convenient. The staff were helpful, putting us on the first floor to accommodate our physical abilities. The staff kindly brought me extra towels .

The ice machine on our side was not working so I had to walk to the other side (not a big deal). There was a nice playground outside, although we didn't get to use it, which seemed to be leaning slightly. I would recommend to check it for safety.

It is a beautiful, clean and peaceful place to stay. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about places to visit around the area. Will definitely stay again in the future.

I would recommend possibly a slightly larger table in the room to accommodate a meal for two. Not really an issues but “a like to have” if possible. Otherwise a great place to stay!

It reminded me of the inns/motels we stayed in as a kid in the 70s. Clean! Quaint rooms with all the necessities...mini fridge, microwave, and two charger docks with 4 USB ports and plugs each. The staff was friendly as we checked in and out.

The tub/toilet was a little tight for us, we’re tall, but it was clean (better than some more expensive, big box hotels we’ve stayed in!).

It was clean. Nice grounds. I'm from Kerrville, so the Inn is familiar.

Beds and pillows were firm- uncomfortable. They need a better coffee brand in the room. It was watery and just a bad cup of coffee. Live music needs to be offered at the Inn Pub. The place has no crowd as it used to..

Room was comfortable and clean. Sufficient supplies, i.e. shampoo, soap, etc. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc.

There was nothing negative about our stay. I do wish there had been more parking, especially handicap parking close to the building we stayed in.

The staff never received my messages sent through the bookings app and so they had 2 rooms prepared when I arrived but on opposite sides of the property. I had small children and we had requested a joining rooms. It took them an extra hour to accommodate us but they did.

No complaints on the staff. Bookings should update the software like airlines to help clients see where the rooms are located. That way the families can have an easier time grouping rooms.

Beautiful Courtyard. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Air conditioner worked really well.

Needs some maintenance. ex. two large light globes were missing off the huge light fixture in stairway area. Just looked tacky for paying $160 a night including tax and this was a cheaper parking lot view room. Breakfast was additional $13.95+ if wanted to eat. Usually get some breakfast with a $100 a night room.
