The staff is always nice and seem to be hard working employees. The breakfast was very good. The beds are always comfortable!

Our room had a bad odor when you walked into the room. It also wasn’t dusted very well. We have stayed here now 3 times and we are usually very pleased with our stay. I called in advance to see if they could hold us a specific room and we were told that it wasn’t available, but they had another room that was exactly like it. Needless to say, it wasn’t because they put us in a handicap room and the other room wasn’t. We didn’t like the idea that it didn’t have any vanity counter top! This was an off-stay.

The staff was excellent (specifically Dan), very accommodating and easily helped us find the right room that fit our needs. Breakfast was good (Sausage links, eggs, homestyle potatoes, 3 types of cereal, bagels, muffins, etc.). The location is perfect for Sea world (about 12mins away) and located in a relatively safe area, and there's a fairly large backyard area that was great for walking the dog. The room, breakfast area, and hotel itself was clean and well kept. I'd reccomend for anyone needing a good night stay!

I didn’t like that fact that when I first got there the night guy was pretty darn rude I don’t know what his name is but he’s always there in the night shift and I feel that he got bothered just because he wants to be smoking outside and he gets bothered to come in and attend to people all the questions I would ask him he would cut with really really short answers and was pretty rude that’s the only thing that killed our vibe when we arrived to the facility

The staff is friendly and nice. The place is clean specially the breakfast meal, food have flavor and served hot. Bed room are clean. I always book in La Quinta because I have a really good experience and never book in any hotel

If they put light bill in all the lamp in the room (room 220)And also I hope they add a refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash that attached/install on the shower wall, instead of tiny bottles, that’s it, but rather than that my stay in La Quinta at 11155 loop north, San Antonio is very satisfying.

The rooms were really clean. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

Location is very convenient, close enough to many stores and restaurants. The facility looks nice, updated and clean. Bright breakfast is very good, we loved it! The pool area very nice and clean, my daughters liked it a lot, wish we had more days to stay longer. Will definitely come back when visiting San Antonio.

The place is easy to find. The place is so clean! Good job for their house keeping! They just need to change their breakfast menu. They only have one breakfast menu. I stayed there for 4 days and have the same breakfast menu.

I loved the breakfast, the comfortable beds and the overall cleanliness. I specialty loved the BIG TEXAS waffle. I was leaving my room & I did not close my room all the way. The bed maker was across the room & she noticed I left my door a jar. She immediately informed me. Therefore, I was able to go back & close my door correctly. I appreciated her for that.

There was not anything I did not like.

I would like to say that the service was great. An employee named Dan was the best at what he does. He was able to assist as soon as we entered. Very friendly. Far more the best experience he had. The breakfast was also a plus. Lot's of options.

Nothing I can say we didn't like

Hotel was a great location but had to get too from the exit if they didn’t let you over immediately. Room was surprisingly quiet being right by front area. Breakfast was good for the options available.

Room had a distinct odor like from pool but wasn’t too strong or bothered by it.
