Hampton Inn & Suites Boerne

The property is beautiful and exceeded my expectation. From the partaking lot to the lobby everything was very nice and with an upscale design. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who explained the grounds, pool/hot tub hours, and dinning information. She was very helpful when I had problems with the key cards and when our carry out order forgot to include silverware. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Our view looked out over the pool area which was pleasant as well. The hot tub was a little low and dirty but the water felt amazing and was enjoyable. There is a pool with a water fall sprinkler and a patio fireplace that was very cozy when the sun went down. We booked the king study suite with a king bed that was very comfortable and the linens were clean. There was also a mini fridge, microwave, iron & board, along with a full length mirror. The bathroom was nice with appropriate amenities for a our needs (hair dryer, large mirror, shelf under sink, and soft towels. The cost was well within range for the quality and I would definitely book this location again.

The road leading to the property is under construction so it was a little deterring when the GPS put me at the location after the entrance but, that is not the facilities fault. The hot tub was dirty a little low on water but that cleared up quickly once it was turned on. The shower worked well however, the bath was broke. The lever to switch between shower & bath was stuck in the “shower” position. I do not believe that the facility allowed pets but there was cat food and a straw that had not been cleaned over in the corner of our room. Not a deal breaker but the room had “two cards with different names for cleaning staff”….I felt that this should not have been missed.

beautiful pool area. unfortunately weren’t allowed into pool area till 10 am. would have like to sit out there in the morning to drink coffee before it got to hot to sit outside.

Asked to have towels changed out at room and needed toilet paper but no one ever brought them up. Had to come down and get them from an employee I met in elevator. she was very nice, and took care of me, just thought front desk would have had that taken care of after I requested it.

Overall, the property was great!

Nothing really. we arrived when the elevators were not working and our room was on the third floor! We were given several options including a first floor suite for our family of 5, the staff were amazing, even offering to help get our luggage up 3 flights of stairs! We decided to just wait for the elevators to be fixed, and they were! Your staff were wonderful. Definitely will stay there again when out that way! Please thank them from The Flores Family!

Bed was Really Comfortable, nice size room and bath. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Staff was Excellent.

Average Breakfast at best. Scrambled Eggs seemed to be watered down. Sliced Sausages were Perfectly Spiced - nice. Construction in the area was discus ting. Selected this Hotel due to it's location to St Mark Church - 2 or so blocks away. Due to Construction had to drive several miles down the freeway, do a U-Turn and drive back the same distance. Hotel should of informed us about the Freeway Construction.

The room is very large with an oversized desk, a sleeper-sofa, large closet with mirrored doors, and decorated to feel like home. Coffee and ice water are located in lobby. Convenient parking.

I can't think of a single negative. We didn't have time for breakfast, but based on the rest of our stay, I'm sure it was above average.

The pool area was really nice and i wasnt even there to use the pool. Location was close enough to everything i needed. Additional toppings for pancakes was a nice suprize.

Bedding is a little heavy. I'd rather have a blanket and a lightweight comforter instead of just a heavy comforter. But it wasnt enough of an issue to keep me from coming back.

we are staying at a different hotel every night and this was the best one we have stayed at! it was filled with high end touches, tiki torches and fires in the fireplaces, a last minute gift wrapping station, and great Texas style art. Breakfast was great!

the construction on the frontage road at the entrance. it wasn’t noisy, just made driving around confusing.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was really nice and big. We had a lot of fun in the pool also. Breakfast was great! Lots of options and the food was fresh.

The only issue I had was the AC unit was on the other side of the room right next to the pull out couch and in order to cool off the room we had to turn it down pretty low. This froze my son a bit who was sleeping on the pull out bed.

Clean, decor is pleasing, most of the staff were pleasant. Good parking.

We were told at check in that breakfast was at 6. Went down at 615, wasn't even open. The server was running late, didn't get there till after 630. Front desk opened up for us, but hot food was not self serve . When the server did show up she had a very "negative" attitude towards us when we unknowingly picked up a paper plate for our hot food which was apparently meant for bagels etc...( like we were supposed to know that).Overall place looks nice and is beautifully decorated, but pool area needs an overhaul. And view out the back is kind of trashy looking.

We love this spot in Boerne! We get the king study room so husband can work when needed. It's always clean and cozy. We get pool side view so we can see some country side too. We love to hang by the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is good and the area kept clean as well.
