Best Western Inn & Suites Cleveland

The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The bed was comfortable, the room was mostly quiet, the shower was satisfactory with plenty of hot water. I prefer to drink my coffee black but at most hotels I have to add cream and sugar to mask the awful taste. However, the coffee pods provided here were very good and I was able to enjoy a good cup of black coffee every morning.

No real breakfast was provided only “sad sacks”. A bagged breakfast is not a real breakfast, stop saying breakfast included unless it’s an actual breakfast. The Best Western I stayed in two weeks ago provided a hot breakfast. Some guests were very noisy leaving in the morning (not the hotels fault but, it did interrupt my sleep). A better smoking area needs to be provided. Every time I entered the hotel or left for the day someone was out in front of the entrance smoking. I’d prefer not to walk through a cloud of cigarette stench every time I use the door.

This is an older property. It was a great place to stay for an overnight on our way home. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the carpet is old and so is the furniture and the fixtures. A plus was the microwave, refrigerator, and a coffeemaker. Shower worked well. Plenty of towels and soap was provided. The breakfast was great at no extra cost.

What we didn't like, was that we didn't get to eat breakfast because the receptionist wasn't really nice and didn't even tell us nothing about what time breakfast is and also another think. we didn't like is that the shower head was not good and it hurt when the water hit your back. another thing the exhaust fan from the bathroom wasn't working it didn't have a light switch.

Excellent Staff! Walking distance to two restaurants and convenience store/gas station. Easy access to two major roads.US 59/69 and Hwy 105. Wifi is above average. Computer and printer available for quick use and printing. Hot coffee most anytime. Staff on duty 24/7 to assist or answer questions. Always clean rooms, nice flat-screen TV with Satellite programming including some Premium Movies! Parking area security cameras 24/7 and local Police patrol at variable intervals. Clean swimming pool! Gym room with variety of exercise equipment. All around nice place to rest. Recommend this as a bargain for what you get.

At the time of last visit, they were still awaiting supplies for kitchen after a time of covid closure. No one had covid but limited gathering in kitchen as a precaution. I'm glad they did this as a safety precaution for ALL Guests.

I was glad to know the receptionist/front desk employee was very helpful when I was having an extremely bad day. She comfort me so I did not bust out into tears.

I was trying to use my bookings app to get better price because im homeless with congestive heart failure and just released from hospital on the 27th day of April. I had to borrow money to pay for my room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have enough pillows or towels in the room but they provided all that we asked for. The room and lobby were exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and inviting. The shower was clean and the water pressure was adequate. Conveniently located for easy access off of the service road. Anything you need is within 1/2 mile drive.

The quality of the morning coffee was lacking. I prefer Folgers or Maxwell House.

The bed was alright as I had a King suite scheduled. They kindly had change for laundry at the front desk. I liked that it didn't matter what time I did laundry. They let me stay past checkout time very kindly until 12:30! I was referred to check out nearby fast food restaurants

There was no breakfast included as advertised online so I had to walk to the nearest gas station for food. Also Domino's Pizza does not deliver to their address. I found that odd. The rooms were paper thin and I could hear right through the wall the guest in the room next door was snoring so loud. My personal guest who was invited didn't show up so I stayed by myself and did laundry

Key never worked to get in outside, breakfast is only 06:30-08:30, I would have liked the option to either have it open longer or delivered.

super nice and clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and professional too.

The only thing that I would say I didn’t like would be already having enough towels and wash rags for each person to have 2 each a piece.

The Hotel was clean, the bed was amazing ,The shower was not quite what expected but all in all it was good.

The mold around the tub in the bathroom.And someone just threw their soda can in the hall way .But that’s not on the Hotel are it’s staff .
