I liked how spacious the room was, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is older but still clean and semi updated. The huge mirror and counter in the bathroom was definitely a plus since I was with 2 other girls. I really liked how the toilet and shower were separate from the sink and counter. It made getting ready a lot easier. The front desk associates were very sweet, the lobby was very clean and inviting!

There are only stairs, no elevator, so carrying the viewing bags up the stairs was rough, but that was probably an oversight on my part. The pool, unfortunately, wasn't open. There are quite a lot of crickets here!

Mr. Patel, the manager, was exceptionally accommodating and flexible. He greeted us when we were sitting by the pool asking if our room was as expected. He was walking the property directing staff as needed. Very active management!!

Pool was slightly cloudy when we arrived however Mr. Patel was on the phone with pool service and pool was serviced within the hour.

location, good value, personable personnel, very comfortable sofa in lobby and nice to see the security screens displayed (made me feel secure) plus plenty of fresh brewed coffee.

our toilet was “wobbly” and you had to hold the seat up (it wouldn’t stay up on it’s on) my husband didn’t like that. Saturday morning when we were loading up to check out, there was a baby roach under our cell phone (phone was docked & being charged) when I disengaged the charger another baby roach under the charger. I used the electrical plug on the lamp base near the coffee maker.

The beds were very very clean and comfortable we liked all the renovations and updated features, everything was very convenient, excellent pillows, love the tile floor and superb shower great water pressure! We had a lovely room directly overlooking the pool it was wonderful! all of the grounds work and landscaping was excellent and well manicured. We didn’t need to do laundry but washers and dryers available if needed! For economy lodging, this was terrific & for the price you can’t beat it. Great for families with pets!

The rooms are definitely a good size and worth the price.

This time around, I happened to see a few roaches so that was disappointing. Usually the rooms are clean and I hadn't seen no roaches or bugs till now. Also our toilet was clogged so we had to get a 🪠 from the office to unclog it.

beds were comfy, ac worked great, solid location

overall felt very seedy. the paint on the walls in the bathroom was peeling, corners of bathroom grimey, carpets felt gross underfoot. the actual toilet, shower, sink, bed all were clean. the water pressure is WAY too strong. water sprays out the sink, shower is so much pressure it blows the curtain back and send water out into the bathroom, and hurt to put your face into. the fridge in our room was barely cool when we arrived, stopped working overnight so our food spoiled, and then was barely cooling when we checked out. it was plugged in and “on” the whole time. outside could really use a facelift…it gives the wrong impression, looking very rough.

My sister and I were quite pleased with the accommodations and the gift bag, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the beds.

The prices for not only this hotel but all hotels during football season game day. It is price gouging.

The room was very clean for the price of two nights. The mattress was not comfortable. You can feel that's a cheap mattress but for a cheap price of the cost for nights I can tolerate the cheap mattress. The facility has made tremendous changes and have updated the rooms including the cleanliness of the exterior grounds which is a us. I will continue to stay at this hotel.

The room was clean and a good value. No complaints. Pet friendly!! Great central location in College Station.

People coming in at 2:30 in the morning a few doors down and letting their kids scream and play up and down the sidewalk while we are trying to sleep. Also, all the did was slam doors.

Definetly very good price for a very high quality.

The quality and bedrooms are so nice and so cheap that sometimes the guests are a little bit... unused to going to a hotel. This may be somewhat problematic as we for example had to listen to the police in the room next door, because the smoker son of the woman, did not appeared home.
